Summary: Everything was superb but it’s a real shame that outdoor pool area is so tiny and shady, it would be absolutely perfect if it had bigger space and light for sunbathing

Summary: A fantastic hotel with a range of facilities and choices of dining. Beautiful room and superb bed and bedding. Bathroom spacious and well appointed. We will definitely return. Whether a trip to London or flight from Heathrow, the hotel is in a great location.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, the spa is great and so relaxing, lots of different experiences in there to try. The gym was really well equipped and clean. We ate in the Italian restaurant, the food was incredible and the bar staff make some great Margaritas. What really sets it apart is the attention to detail and the care from the staff who all make you feel very special. Would highly recommend x

Summary: From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great. Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Will definitely be visiting again.

Summary: Kudos to great service from Mark at reception. Room was well appointed, nice bathroom and comfy bed/pillows. Nice grounds and free use of tennis/padel courts. Otherwise, noting this is a 5 star hotel undergoing lots of renovation and to be honest, everything just feels overpriced when you’re there… £42 for an average looking buffet breakfast and £6.50 for tea/coffee being possibly the lowlight.
