Positive: Easy access with everything. Free shuttle is perfect.

Negative: I booked for Premier room with balcony, but end up in a room without balcony. I ask reception for it but looks hesitant to give me one with balcony. Saying im upgraded as i have an elevator on the building which i dont care and i dont understand. To avoid so much discussion i just let them choose room for me. Next time please listen and consider your guest if possible.
