Positive: Most household equipments available Quiet location Not to far from the airport

Negative: Flies and insects in the kitchen area - reported on the 1st day but nothing was done about it. They claimed they didn’t have a spare key but I was never informed when they wanted to come so we could agree on a time. Poor internet connection - prior to arriving I enquiries about internet connectivity and I was told they have starlink connection. However, the connection very poor (not strong), it kept disconnecting (stable) and it didn’t reach the bedroom. You couldn’t get okayish connection outside our on the living room. Bathroom windows - doesn’t shut properly so at night insects are able to get to through spaces into the bedrooms. Windows panel were very dusty and dead insects around around them. In the inside of the toilets were not clean - when my wife told they said they didn’t know that were coming so they rush to come and do something on the of arrival he claimed he doesn’t work on Sunday. We booked the apartment 10days before approval and we confirmed that we will definitely be coming yet they couldn’t do good cleaning in advance. The boiler has small leakage in one of the bathroom and they have put a red bucket to collect the excess water. Each time the water hits the empty bucket, it’s makes annoying noise when trying to sleep. Lastly, before the property they tried to argue with me the total cost. They most changed rates for pounds and dollars was 2336ghana but charged me 2415ghana instead. The explanation was not holding but I had to just pay them and leave because of the poor experience. Throughout our stay, they didn’t try to resolve a single issue. I will never stay there again or even recommend to anyone.
