The Space
Home is tastefully decorated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops and all new appliances. The Kitchen is furnished with all amenities and a private deck that overlooks the beautiful wooded terrain of Northern Michigan. Perfect place to sip your morning coffee as the sun peeks through the trees. The home also offers outside security cameras around the entire home that you can access from the website that will be provided. (Website hidden by Airbnb)
The spacious master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, dresser, television, and its very own private master bathroom. Guest room 2 has a queen size bed, dresser and television. Guest room 3 is accessible from the outside above the garage in its very own private bonus room that is 8ft x 24ft with a double bed and a large deck that is a great place to relax. There is a ½ bath located in the garage for the convenience of guest staying in guest room 3.

Summary: The house is beautiful inside and out. Good location for day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Mackinaw.. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Very nice property and plenty of room for our family. Both main bedrooms were very large, and each room had smart TVs. The kitchen is excellent and had everything you need for meals/cooking. A gas grill was also available, which was a big plus for us. The extra bedroom above the garage is a good addition for guests but might not be appropriate for kids as it's isolated from the home with a separate entrance. This home is less than 10 minutes from 'town' for food & shopping and is a great base for your 'Up North' travels.

Summary: Rented this house with another couple for my 50th Birthday. Great location. Close to everything. Super cute house with everything we needed. Well stocked, clean, nicely decorated which made us feel right at home. The grounds were immaculately landscaped and a nice deck which overlooked beautiful pine trees. The perfect place for us to stay and take in all the beauty of Michigan during the Fall season. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Summary: This is the cleanest house I have ever rented! Emil answered my questions right away. You can certainly tell that Emil and Becky take pride in their home. Beds are very comfortable, they have everything you could possibly need stocked in the kitchen, the flower beds are gorgeous…very comfy home. The drive was perfect for pulling out trailer. We were allowed to park our trikes in the cleanest garage ever. Love the location. Close to tons of restaurants and grocery store. We loved riding over 1,000 miles during our week there, on all the great, scenic roads. Highly recommend!

Summary: Emil & Bridget have it dialed in! They are super nice to work with, communicate, and genuinely care about their guests (even offering to let us back out when there was some confusion over the address in Google Maps vs. Mapquest). The home was very clean, well taken care of, and modern. It worked great as a secondary base for a nearby family reunion at the lake. This is one case in which you can really believe the consistently great reviews for this property. Thank you for your thoughtful touches (bottled water, soda, wine) and for sharing this wonderful home!

Summary: Our VRBO experience was exceptional. The home was beautifully decorated, so cozy and stocked with all the essentials for our 4 day stay. We were so close to the ATV trail head entrance which made our trip more enjoyable; we were able to house our ATV'S in the garage without having to retrailer them each day. I would highly recommend this VRBO location to families and friends.

Summary: We had 5 people in our group that stayed. The house was cute and clean we had everything we needed and more. It was nice to have cold drinks in the fridge, a bottle of wine waiting on the counter and full bottles of shampoo in each bathroom. Those little extras were a nice surprise. Only suggestion would be to add some deck lights or solar lights on the railing or stairs going up to the 3rd bedroom over the garage. It was hard to see at night and the floodlight above the door attracted lots of bugs. Oh, the king bed was sooo comfy, I slept great! Overall great stay we loved it!!!
