Fall 2025 at beautiful Granby Ranch has arrived! The Bluebird Bistro is open and the mountain is open for hikers, bikers, sightseers and wedding goers! Live music every Sunday 12-3pm through September 28, 2025.
Winter ski season opening day is Wednesday, November 26- weather permitting. The East Peak with Quick Draw Lift will be running from 9am-4pm.
2nd Annual Thanksgiving Day Buffet will be held in three seatings. Reservations can be made at granbyranch.com.
Enjoy year-round activities at Granby Ranch and nearby communities (Winter Park, Grand Lake, Hot Sulfur Springs, Devils Thumb, Tabernash, Fraser), Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest, Arapaho National Forest Devils Thumb, Rocky Mountain National Park, etc. while staying at this three bedroom, three bathroom condominium. Watch your family and friends ski down the mountain in the winter and bike or hike the mountain in the summer while relaxing on the deck. Our deck is also a nice place to take in the wedding party going to and from the ceremony at the top of one of Granby Ranch peaks. Listening to live music from our deck or on picnic blanket on the mountainside is a great way to spend an evening. Play a round of golf on the 18-hole Granby Ranch Golf Course or fly fish in the Fraser River and then relax on the Bluebird Bistro patio with cool refreshments and excellent food. The pool and hot tub are open to guests for $10 daily pass. There are a few nearby additional pool/soaking options including Fraser Valley Recreation Center (indoor), Inn at SilverCreek, Hot Sulphur Springs Spa and Snow Mountain Ranch.
Summer and Fall 2025: Granby Ranch summer and early fall mountain operations are open! The Quick Draw Express ($15 per person) and resort services, including bike rentals and retail, operate Thursday to Sunday (and holiday Mondays) from 9:30am to 6pm throughout the season. The Bluebird Bistro (steps from Base Camp One Condominium Building) is open Wednesday thru Sunday/times vary. Call 888 850-4615 for more and most up to date information.

Summary: Once again, we could not be happier with the accommodations that we had with this unit. It is well kept and well stocked. It has easy access to the slopes. There is a great view from the balcony to watch all the lifts and slopes. The hosts are great to work with. So glad we could find a date that worked with our schedule again this year. We will be back again next year to spend another weekend with family at Granby Ranch in this unit.

Summary: This condo had everything you could ask for. Very convenient to the lifts with beautiful views of the ski area. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. I particularly liked sitting on the patio where it was sunny and quiet. Property was very clean and well furnished in the kitchen, baths and with lots of games to play during our stay. Communication with property manager was excellent. We'll definitely stay again.

Summary: 3 generations were able to have a great vacation skiing together at Granby Ranch. The lifts are just steps away from the building which made it so easy to get the kids to ski school or catch the first chair. The view is awesome and you can see all of the base and watch as you skiers are coming down to the base. Great for families and first time skiers.

Summary: We have been taking a family ski trip to Granby Ranch for the past 16 years and have rented this condo numerous times. The condo is clean, well stocked for cooking family meals in the evening, and the condo has amazing views of the ski area from the fourth floor. We also love parking our vehicle in the heated ground level garage. The owners are quick to respond and have really thought of anything that is needed during the stay. The ski resort has made some nice improvements in the past couple of years including improving pass scanning with the use of a gate system and improved ski making equipment. Such a great trip!
