Positive: Breakfast was average but one particular male staff member went above and beyond and provided exceptional service so he made the experience for us. Similar to their private restaurant, the staff were exceptional.
Negative: The place doesn’t feel like a 5 star, we thought it was more of a 3 star. The facilities are nice and it has nice rooms however, you can tell the building has been renovated in parts at different times. I also reported an extremely old gentleman who was watching graphic porn by the pool and although the spa manager was kind and apologetic, they did nothing about it and let him remain there, leaving myself uncomfortable and I had to leave the pool. Overall an odd an underwhelming time at Faloria and I wouldn’t personally recommend staying there. Expected more for the money we spent.

Positive: It was my second time staying at the Faloria and exceeded again all my expectations. Beautiful hotel with nice rooms and spa area. The stuff is very friendly and always helpful with tips to explore the Dolomites. Can only recommend to enjoy a aperitivo at the bar before spoiling yourself with a dinner at the restaurant.
Summary: Will be back for sure.

Positive: Everything was amazing. The room, the facility and the service. This was probably the best stay we had during our 4 week trip in Italy. We did not want to leave. A huge thank you to the staff. They were so kind and helpful. They were hard workers with the best attitude. My husband and I are already planning a trip back.
