Summary: Room was basically as expected. But, no bathroom mirror, TV remote didn't work, could not access back deck. Beds were comfortable.

Summary: Booked this place 2 months in advance for a fishing trip. No issues with listing or payment. Get to the office to check in on a Wednesday at about 3 or so... sign on the door says closed and gives a number to call... luckily I got out and heard people in the office. I went in and some guy in there..... he had no idea anyone was even coming to check in. Said he was about to leave and I was lucky I caught him there... got to the room. Was as described, nothing fancy. But was fine. Don’t plan on cooking unless you bring your own utensils and pots and pans. Sheets and pillowcases and all linens were very clean! We were there Wednesday night and no one else was at the property. The next evening it was full! People were outside til very late, they were loud, cussing,drinking, throwing corn hole right in front of our front door. Quiet time is not enforced. Other than that. It was fine. Nothing fancy. Pretty good price.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Not a fancy place, but comfortable and clean, at a really reasonable price. We would stay again if we were back in the area. There is a friendly lady who stays on premises and let us know she was available if we needed anything.

Summary: Communication was the only real complaint. When we first got there our room wasn't even ready after it said it would be. The cleaning lady was as helpful as she could be. I messaged to find out about a place for where the marina/boat slips were several times and never once was I told they close at 430pm but since they knew I wasn't going to be there till 530 they could of either told me where I could of parked or gave me a slip. Since they said my keys would be at the office door for pickup. Then when we did park the boat which they didn't approve of a security lady said we could back it right up in the grass and we made sure she had plenty of room to get out and she still hit it. No damage but still! Then next day got a long note sticking in the door saying to move the boat again somewhere else. Then was told to come to office around 9 or 10am to get slip and got there a little after 10am no-one but some guy in jeep and I just asked can we get some stuff to golf by chance he opened the locked door and let us go in and get it real quick. Not sure who he even was. So we golfed while waiting for someone to show up and no-one showed so we left. Went driving around to find the marina and put in to find out the water was about 4 ft deep at max.... nothing but mud. Never were told where the beach area was or that the water is only 2 feet deep to put a boat in nothing. For someone that has never been there that kind of information is important. Found out they had a band playing but never was told to us but when we got on fb there it was, which there is zero service around there nor wifi so we didn't see that. If they could write a lengthy note on parking they could of made a flyer for that. Hot water very limited to 2 min for one person then the rest you got cold showers.
