3 Bedroom Cabin in Gilboa

Log home on 5 acres, surrounded by NYS land for great hiking, mt. biking, fishing, hunting, exploring or just relaxing.
The cabin can sleep 10 comfortably so there's room for extended family and friends. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large open kitchen with all amenities for cooking. Great restaurants nearby if you choose not to cook.
Grocery and liquor store 10 min. away.
Convenience store with gas and diesel fuel, quick needs and ice cream also serving breakfast, lunch and now dinner.
Summer is a great time for hiking, biking and fishing in the Catskill Mts. We are located within 7 miles to Minekill State Park on Rt. 30 where the whole family can enjoy hiking, fishing, boating and picnicking. 3 swimming pools, bathrooms with showers and lockers, snack bar and picnic areas with grills and playgrounds for kids.
Great mountain biking out the front door or a short drive to some of the best biking trails at Windham and Plattekill.
Zoom Flume water park is exciting fun for kids and adults for a day trip just 16 miles away.
The cabin has 3 bedrooms---
#1 downstairs - 1 double bed and 1 single bed,
#2 upstairs bedroom - 1 double bed, 1 pull out couch, & a single day bed.
#3 upstairs bedroom-1 set of bunk beds & 2 single beds.
Large open kitchen to dining room allows for families to cook/eat in.
Covered porch outside with gas and charcoal grill and picnic table, enjoy from the front lawn with great mountain views.

Summary: A beautiful cabin, we had the very best time there. Communication was simple and prompt and Joann was a pleasure to deal with. The house is wonderful and much larger than the photographs suggest. Close to stores and the wonderful reservoir and hiking but totally private. Highly recommended stay. We are already planning a return visit.

Summary: My extended family and I had a great time at the cabin! The host was quick to answer any questions by email or text, the cabin was quiet (especially the early mornning hours), and the scenery was beautiful. The covered front porch made even the one rainy day enjoyable to be outside. I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and everything about the property . There is no Wifi and no tv so that can be a posit or a negative depending on your likes. Plenty of room and property to go hiking. If I had anything negative to say it would be that it needs to have a thourough cleaning. Example the rugs in the bedroom were very dusty, there were plastic cups and plastic forks and knives available but were dirty. There was regular cups and silverware there as well , so it was not an issue as we can wash them. We wouldstay there again. My note to the owner would be thank you for the stay we thouroughly enjoyed our stay but to whom ever is maintaining the cabin to do a bitbetter job in cleaning.
