Summary: Great spot for large family gathering. Seclusion and sizable property with great outdoor spaces. Covered patio and outdoor fireplace were a favorite spot to gather in the evening.

Summary: This house is amazing! To start, It is in the beautiful setting of East Texas. The house is so spacious, yet cozy. My son was getting married near there, and it was the perfect place to host all of our immediate family! This house was, by far, the best stocked vacation home we have stayed in. They have thought of and provided everything you need! There were just two small downsides, but not enough to remove any stars. This is an older home, and though well cared for, it was not the cleanest vacation home we have stayed in. Not dirty, just not the cleanest. Second, is the master bedroom bed. The mattress was very mushy and came to a V in the center. Everyone else said they slept very well, I think it was just the one mattress. We would definitely stay here again! (We just might sleep in a different room 🙂)

Summary: This was such a neat place to experience! My kids loved the play area and all the outdoor space. It was a great place for our 3 families to have space and enjoy while in town.

Summary: The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful had plenty of space for me and my family,very nice bedrooms with big flat screen in each room, wifi work really good, the host Brain was a really awesome host, I really wanted to give a 5star but it was just one major problem that I don't think the owners or aware of and thats the (Cleaning Services) I don't know the situation or if they where able to make it out in time but it wasn't clean at all nun of the bathtubs where clean the floors waznt swept, it was dirty laundry, lots of open leftovers in the fridge that caused it to smell really bad, it was a little dusty, but overall I'd stay again if they hire a new cleaning service, again it's a beautiful home, perfect for a big family and it's kid friendly, and again I do not think the owners or aware of the cleaning service maybe not doing there job but it's a beautiful place ❤️

Summary: The location was good and the size of the house was nice but the cleanliness of the house was absolutely terrible. The fridge was full of old takeout food and groceries that had gone bad so the fridge smelled absolutely disgusting. One of the toilet handles was sitting on the kitchen counter and that’s gross. The shower head upstairs was all janky. There was laundry in the washer that had a musty smell because clearly it was sitting in there for a while. And the dishwasher was full of dishes that smelled like something died in there. We had to throw away a lot of garbage because clearly no one came and cleaned the house. Very disappointed in how dirty the house was when we arrived.

Summary: We had a wonderful visit and plenty of room for the family. We were in East Texas for my mothers memorial service and we were in the perfect location. Only comment is the trash cans were full and smelled horrible and washing machine had moldy towels. Had a great time.

Summary: Upon arrival to this property and excitement filled our souls. The serenity, beauty and peacefulness of this property is just what we all wanted and needed. All the amenities that we needed and wanted were available. The wrap around porch was fabulous. The covered patio that was 50 off the main house was our little play area. Included was the massive fireplace which we had cranked up each night during our stay. The Gas grill was large enough to cook, roast our steaks, potatoes and veggies was perfect. Propane was included. We all have cocktails, ate, laughed had had fabulous conversation. Peace and relaxation in the country was perfect. Thank you!!!
