The Space:
A stunning Georgian manor house benefiting from 6 bedrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, 2 reception rooms, study, 3 bathrooms, 2 private gardens and utility room. There is a large driveway with ample parking available. Why not hire in a hot tub and enjoy late summer evenings taking in the incredible views! We work with an exclusive concierge agency that are on hand for anything you need, whether that be hiring a private chef, airport transfers or tickets to sporting events.

You have the whole place to enjoy to yourselves! The property is located in a private park and you have access to the wider grounds. There are endless walks on your doorstep and also many great cycle routes. There is a local pub in the nearby village that you can walk to as well as a quaint 14th century church. Westmill Farm is a few minutes drive away, here you have the Three Lakes Restaurant and lots of outdoor activities including soft play, inflatable water park, foot golf and more!
There are many quaint villages and historic market towns within a short drive, including Ware, Hertford, Watton at Stone, Bishop's Stortford and Stevenage.
Cambridge is around a 40 minute drive away where you can enjoy punting and more boutique shops and restaurants.
Stevenage is less than a 20 minute drive away, here you can enjoy many shops and restaurants as well Fairlands Valley Park, famous for its water sports activities.
Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios is only 45 minutes by car.
Elstree Filming Studios are less than a 40 minute drive.
You can catch the train to London from Stevenage in 25 minutes or from Watton at Stone in 40 minutes. Stanstead Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
