Lake front house located in Mill Creek Cove's deep water just off the Gravois Arm at the 5mm. Close to restaurants by land and water. Over 2800 square feet, 4 beds /3 baths and full size laundry. Two king bedrooms upstairs and one twin bunk room that sleeps 4. Two full upstairs bathrooms. Lower level queen bedroom with ensuite full bath shared with bunk area in walk out basement. Wake up to beautiful lake views and walk out to the deck or the concrete dock with high dive, play all day and relax watching beautiful Ozarks sunsets in our under deck hammocks. Lake view fire pit, paver patio area, and 'martini deck'. Boat slip for tritoon without lift and jet ski slip may be available for your stay. Dockside boat parking also available. Ample parking for vehicles. 4 night minimum stay. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Renters must be 25 to rent. Dogs allowed with non-refundable fee. Summary: We absolutely loved this house. Great lower level for all the teenagers, perfect dock and the cove is one of our new favorites. Communication with owner is top notch and everything you need this house has. First time renting but we will be back!

Summary: We stayed with 3 couples and 5 kids/teens. The accommodations were perfect, with all sleeping areas facing a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well- stocked and had everything we needed. The dock and swimming provided fun, and the use of kayaks and the lily pad made it especially entertaining for the kids. The house was clean, the neighborhood was safe, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this rental home and would stay again.

Summary: This property was fantastic. Owner was always available when I reached out for a question. The property is located in a quiet cove which was PERFECT for us. House was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning.

Summary: Our family stayed 5 wonderful nights. Our group consisted of my husband and our two grown kids and their fiancés as well as 2 dogs. We loved the wonderful home with so much space and amenities, perfect for our group with an extra bunk room and bunk area. We rented a pontoon from Lake Toons this time rather than pulling our boat the 5 plus hours and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the lake but we enjoyed the home and dock swimming areas even more. The cove is peaceful and home had everything, you wouldnt even need a boat to enjoy the lake! The fire pit, hammocks and and many lounging areas were the icing on the cake. We even had fun cooking in the large well appointed kitchen and eating as a family together for mist meals. One of our favorite vacations yet!

Summary: We booked this place because of its proximity to a friends house and it turned out to be great in so many ways. The owner was very nice and great to work with. The place is very cute and comfortable inside. A nice big deck and patio that were able to enjoy with the warmer weather. And plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.
