1750 Asbury Ave (1st Floor) – This 3 bedroom condo has a fantastic location, just two short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It has everything you’d expect from new construction including all stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors & ceiling fans. The two shaded decks give you plenty of room to relax outside. This first floor condo is located in the desirable Gold Coast section of town which is a perfect spot for all ages because everything is within walking distance whether it’s the beach, shops & rides on the boardwalk or the shops & restaurants on Asbury Ave. Check out the reviews from last season.

Summary: For you beach lovers this is a sweet, hidden gem. There are so many properties to choose from but this one offers a little bit of everything. Summary: We are a family of four (kids aged 4 & 6) that was able to for 11 days in March. The house was clean and the location to boardwalk/beach/shopping was excellent. We had one hiccup while staying that was simply out of our control (garage door broke) and the owner responded quickly and had a worker come out immediately to fix. The owner could not have been nicer! We would definitely stay at this same location on our next visit. I did read reviews prior to staying…. And now I understand why most families stay year after year at this house.
