Summary: I was in Spanish Fork to visit family and could not have asked for a better place. There's a big yard for the kids to play and a kitchen table that seats 6. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were the perfect place for naps and to put the kids to sleep while the adults visited upstairs. It wasn't the austere, staged investment property like many VRBOs. It is obviously lovingly decorated by the owner, lots of personal touches everywhere. It was also close to I15, making trips to Provo easy.

Summary: The property is old and needs a lot of simple maintenance and cleaning. We did not stay in the home due to it's condition. Carpets were dirty, kitchen cabinets did not close. Bathroom cabinets were missing doors, there was open food in the refrigerator. Betty was very understanding and made everything right in the end

Summary: Betty was great to work with; she responded quickly and was flexible in allowing an early checkin. There were flowers awaiting us and food in the fridge! Our bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in. Easy check in and out. Definitely recommend.
