You will have this entire 4 bedroom house that backs to the Willow Creek Trail, right next to Sweetwater Park which has a playground, ball field and basketball court. Minutes to Park Meadows Mall, Lincoln Light Rail Station, DTC, IKEA and Schwab. Recently renovated home with spacious backyard, 3 distinct work desks suitable for telecommuting and remote learning. This family friendly home and area makes a great home base for your Colorado vacation! A short drive to the mountains!!
The living spaces:
Two separate living spaces, one up and one downstairs make the unit enjoyable for families. There are two tvs, one upstairs with a Roku box, and one in the downstairs living room. Wi-Fi signal is accessible throughout the house and the backyard. There is a desk in the downstairs living room suitable for a work space.

Open kitchen to the dining area and living room allows the cook to be part of the conversation and keep an eye on the kiddos. Summary: This was our second time at this house. This suits our purposes when we have to leave our old home but our new home isn't ready yet. Clean, well maintained home in a convenient location. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. The yard is large and spacious for pets and children. We had a nice Christmas there. Our second coincidentally.

Summary: We traveled to the Denver area at Christmas time and this house was perfect for our family of 5, an ideal layout with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Everything was clean and comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen/dining area is well stocked and easily accessible for cooking meals and gathering. The large attached garage with entry into the basement utility room was very convenient for coming and going and keeping shoes/gear out of the living areas. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, but with plenty of retail and restaurant options close by. Milo and Christine were great hosts, responding quickly to questions, and even coming early in the AM to clear a large amount of overnight snow on our last day. We definitely recommend this home to others looking to stay in the Denver area.

Summary: The home was very clean and comfortable for our family of four, and was ideally located for a home base for us to explore the Denver area. Easy access to 25 & 470, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the back deck and yard for early morning coffee and play breaks for our boys. Milo was a very patient and accommodating host who responded promptly and kindly to all communication about the property.

Summary: Milo was an excellent host and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed the large back yard and deck (and the peaches from the trees in the backyard). The house was as described and the pantries were well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and the walking trail outback was great for an evening walk. It is a great place for a family vacation.

Summary: Location and access was ideal for our visiting family in Aurora, central to travel and tour in all directions for day trips, near by shopping restaurants and entertainment. Hiking available adjacent to the property on neighborhood paths short distances to regional and state parks.. The local VASA gym is ideal for all levels of fitness requirements and first class. Housekeeping and cleanliness was apparent upon first entering.. We are especially attentive, given post Covid sensitivity to hygienic practices. Milo and Christine provided support when required and are ideal hosts, responsive yet not imposing.. The property is as described. My wife and I, along with our boxer/lab stayed for three weeks.and enjoyed our time in Colorado. The highest complement I can provide is that we would return and we would recommend to our friends. Suitable for couples or families . The house and hosts met all our needs above expectations. Lone Tree is great location. Enjoyable entertainment is scheduled at Art and Performance Center.
