Positive: The location was fine. The amount of space was good. There were plenty of bathrooms. It is a three story house. There are shops and restaurants near the location which is at UBC. I liked that there were bedrooms for a larger group. It is a 20-30 minute drive into Vancouver center. We had a car. Not sure how convenient public transportation would be.
Negative: The host was not very responsive when I let him know that the TV was not working. Two of the stove burners didn't work, The second floor dryer didn't work. There should be a manual for all of the appliances. Hosts wanted me to make a video. Not what I want to do on vacation. The cleaner needs to do a better job. There are bedrooms that could sleep up to 10-12 people. There is not enough dishes for that many people. There were no mixing bowls, no colander and no frying pans. You will have to shop for every thing if you want to cook. There was no basic supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, oil), which is okay if you are notified.
Summary: Would have appreciated being able to watch TV. It is an an amenity I look for when booking.
