Summary: This is an older home, and it was not move in ready. The pictures are deceiving and will lead you to believe it better than what we experienced. This is a three-bedroom home with two beds and a fold out scissor couch. Linens for the fold out couch existed, but were minimal and did not appear to provide enough padding for comfort. We did not use the fold-out couch, we had family (4 adults) bunk together in the two beds. The kitchen is not fully stocked as advertised. This kitchen did not have the bare essentials such as mixing/salad bowls, sufficient utensils to cook with or flatware or plates for more than 4 persons, and glasses were limited. There are safety issues with exposed wiring, insufficient smoke detectors and no carbon monoxide monitor. No handicap bars for the shower - I travel with an 89-year-old parent and a dependent daughter. Stove top and venting hood malfunction. The vent hood is not connected to the exhaust ducting and, instead, blows into the upper cupboard and back into the kitchen. Subpanel for the home is inches away from a sink in the laundry. The house sits on a large lot, but the bushes, plants and weeds next to the house are overgrown. The sidewalk has plants growing onto it limiting access and there is a tree at the entry way with branches that you must duck under to access the porch. The home was not clean, for example, there were dead flies laying upon the floor and the front porch was filthy. You can do better.

Summary: The place was clean and the neighborhood nice and quiet. Only complaint is the kitchen wasn't well equipped. Made cooking at home a little difficult. But everything else was clean and enjoyable.
