Summary: The house was roomy, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was comfortable for cooking and the living room was inviting. Our location was perfect for items on our agenda that included downtown Philly exploring Love Park, historic Philadelphia iconic stops including the Liberty Bell and Peddlers Village a bit north of the city. The street parking in front of the residence with garage parking options was perfect.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The inside of the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities. The only small complaint is the recycling bin out front was overflowing and because of that there was trash on the ground.

Summary: I chose this property due to its proximity to Chestnut Hill Hospital where my brother-in-law was undergoing a surgical procedure and we stayed for Ford days without issue. The neighborhood is quiet and the folks were friendly I felt safe walking around without issue

Summary: It was a spacious home with nice bathrooms with plenty of space in the bedrooms and a room for a work area. The basement had comfortable recliners with a small bathroom and shower. It was a quiet area with friendly neighbors. Climate control was easy and kept us cool and comfortable. The living room and dining room was comfortable! Great access to suburban malls and center city Phila within 2o mins.

Summary: This house was just what we needed for the 4 of us to visit Philly! We couldn't have asked for more. Great space for taking it easy and close enough to be in town in 15 minutes. We had a great time! We would definitely recommend this place if you need to a place to stay and don't want to be in center city.
