Summary: Our family had an incredible time staying at Michael's townhome. A welcome basket greeted upon arrival and a spotless, well-maintained place to stay while being away for the weekend skiing. The host was incredibly generous and communicative, which always makes the experience even better! The home could not have been lovelier. All 8 of us fit comfortably and adored the home. It is definitely a ski in/ ski out access townhome as well. This is extremely handy! Access to the community pool was a big perk for the littles as well as the hot tub on the deck. Overall, this was a great place to stay for our family and we will definitely be back!

Summary: The instructions were clear. Mike was easy to talk to and very polite. He answered all questions asked. The place was clean and there were plenty of plates, pots, utensils, and cleaning agents. We enjoyed our stay and are willing to come back.

Summary: My kids and I enjoyed staying here very much. The house was immaculate, comfortably, roomy, and well-appointed. Dring our short stay we took full advantage of the jetted tub, hot tub on the deck, the fire pit (which we used to grill s'mores) and its proximity to the Mountain Adventure Park (which is why we come up here a couple times a year) and pool. There was a lovely welcome basket, and everything was very well managed. There were clear instructions left for everything, including the hot tub, fire pit, media etc. Two minor issues--- there was no cutting board in an otherwise excellently-appointed kitchen (admittedly something that is not necessary, but I would have happily used it), and I emailed the host twice through VRBO over a few weeks and never received a response, perhaps because the property is professionally managed (which is why I mention these two things here). But in terms of the overall quality of the experience, the stay was stellar.

Summary: Superb for a family get together of 9 adults and 3 children,/infants, great amenities. Wonderful welcome snacks, and even coffee provided. Great living room/dining room combo to accommodate playing charades. Love the separation of bedrooms to accommodate Family units. Really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful home. Property manager was excellent and had perfect communication. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: Came for the Lift Maintenance Seminar. The property was overall great, no major complaints. The two things that were less than ideal was a lot of the dishes were not clean, I'm guessing the previous guest put them away that way. And the hot tub water was low, we tried to fill it but the hose spigot was turned off. Other than that we had a great stay!

Summary: We stayed here in August of 2023 with a family group of 7 and it was an excellent set up. The great room had plenty of space for games, meals and TV watching and the downstairs den was a perfect video game space for the young adults. We really liked being at Jiminy Peak and did some hiking and the ropes course. I’m sure it would be ideal during ski season. We also explored the Berkshires nature (Mt. Greylock) and culture (Mass Museum of Contemporary Art, Tanglewood). It was a bit of a drive to the grocery store but there’s a nice convenience store with snacks and drinks at the base of Jiminy Peak. The owners were very thoughtful in providing all the information we needed and a nice gift basket on arrival. We would definitely stay here again.
