4 Bedroom House in Blacksburg

Beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house. 4000+ sq ft on three level living.
Main floor features living room with large flat screen tv and gas fireplace, and is open to a fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom is on the main level with on suite. 2 bedrooms/1 bath on top floor with large bonus room that's used as a kids playroom. Lower level has additional 1 bedroom/1 bath and spacious living area equipped with a pullout sofa, big screen tv and pool table. Back deck features smoker grill that you are welcome to use. House sleeps 10 comfortably.
This is a family friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors and limit the amount of noise you make when you are outside, especially in the evening hours. No parties are allowed. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell located on our front door. Parking is limited to 4 cars. All cars except 1 must be in the driveway/garage.
**Per the Town of Blacksburg code, the maximum number of adult tenants is 6. Per our HOA rules, tenants must be related. Only one unrelated adult is allowed**

Summary: What an awesome stay for our family of VT graduates to see VT vs NC State. Despite the loss, the house was clean and spacious. Toys for the kiddos and great hangout areas. All around, great spot. We hope to rent again from Lauren in the future!

Summary: We are a family of 6 adults visiting my son at Virginia Tech and catching a football game. We all loved this house .It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There’s a bedroom for everyone and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need .It is a 10 minute drive to the campus. We will be back again.

Summary: Immaculate, well appointed home very convenient to Virginia Tech and the perfect accommodations for a football weekend and family of 5 adults. Host was lovely to work with and we couldn't have asked for an easier process. Every need was anticipated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the beauty of the landscape and fall colors of the season. I highly recommend this rental - a beautiful home!

Summary: Stayed here for a Hokie football weekend and it was perfect for our crew of 9 including 5 kids. Beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space. Neighborhood playground just behind the house was great for the younger kids and you could watch them from the back deck. The house was super clean and had everything we could ask for. Very convenient to campus and downtown Blacksburg. We had no issues at all during our stay but if we did I felt the owner would’ve responded right away. I would definitely recommend this property. 5 stars all the way.

Summary: This is a beautiful home close to the VT campus. We stayed here for a weekend to attend my son's medical school graduation on VT's campus. The house was immaculately maintained, well stocked and beautifully decorated. It easily accommodated 6 adults for the weekend with plenty of room to.spare. The location was conveniently located and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The hosts communicated efficiently and effectively before our arrival and responded very quickly to questions we had about the AC system on our first night. A covered front porch and back deck add additional usable space, though we didn't get a chance to use them much because it rained through most of the weekend. There is a beautiful playroom for children in the house and a playground just beyond the fenced -in back yard for those who have young children (though we didn't have any in our party that weekend). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Blacksburg.

Summary: I cannot say enough great things about this property and the host. The host was perfect and reached out to me numerous times to coordinate our stay. They even asked us about any personal requests and stocked the freezer with extra ice for us. The house is amazing and matched the online photos exactly; it was like staying at a model home. We absolutely loved the place and would stay there again.
