This retreat has two loft areas, both are located on opposite sides of the home. The first loft has a comfortable bed with a primary bedroom, while the second loft offers another bed and it's accessed by a ladder.
Situated just a short stroll from the beach, this retreat offers space to unwind outdoors at home, too. Step outside to the spacious stone patio to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy alfresco living. A private balcony boasts a scenic overlook amid the trees.

Summary: This home was very clean and in a great location. It is an attractive rental. There were 3 of us staying at this home. There were many things we liked. However, the front door keypad was really difficult to unlock. there was not another way to access the rental. I had to call VRBO and the property management after being locked out. We were afraid to leave the house due to the fact the door automatically locked when closed and we were locked out twice. It changed our visit to Baimbridge. Also to note, one of the loft beds is accessed by a ladder only This is likely ok for a young person, but if would have been nice to know this in the description since there are people who cannot use a ladder. Property manager was kind and responsive. She did her best to help us and stayed on the phone when we were trying different attempts to open the door.

Summary: We used this as a second location for housing my family for a get-together (we live nearby). It's a beautiful property and location. The pictures are exactly what you'll see when you get there. Easily walkable around the neighborhood. Property management was in contact with us continuously.

Summary: We stayed for two days during the Christmas studio tours. The property was amazing! Clean and cozy with lots of space in a super rural setting. The property is very well appointed. Everything for cooking was on hand and spotless. My only criticism is for the electronic entry lock which I had to enter the code plenty of times to get it to work. I could be my thick fingers...but it didn't take away from the fact this this was a super rental.

Summary: We really enjoyed the location of this home- it has a secluded feel, but amenities and shopping are a short drive away. The overall feeling of the home is that it was probably once very loved and cared for, but some improvements could be made to help make it more enjoyable and comfortable for guests. I addressed those in the privately shared section with the rental company and owner in detail, most of it from an aesthetic point of view, but there are some cleanliness and wear and tear issues that could be fairly easily addressed and make the stay even more enjoyable. We found shore access a short walk away, but please note it is only a 40’ strip to the water and back. Guests are not encouraged to walk behind the homes- the beach is privately owned. We found plenty to do on the island during our stay from shopping, walking, visited Pia the Peacemaker, played some pickleball and enjoyed the park. The fish and chips at Harbour Public House were really good. We had walked along the harbor and up the “secret path” as we called it, and ate on the patio. We look forward to returning some day and enjoying the slower pace on the island. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
