Welcome to Chateau Sherman - our beautiful 4-bedroom home in Cincinnati, Ohio! Our spacious and stylish home is perfect for larger groups like living families or groups traveling together. However, we are also happy to accommodate smaller parties as well! With plenty of room to relax and spread out, you'll feel right at home during your stay. It's the perfect place!
We can't wait to host you at this gem!
The space
This private 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house is freshly renovated and comes with modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full set of pots and pans for cooking, as well as enough dinnerware for everyone staying at the house. The entire house will be yours for the length of your stay.
High-speed internet is included with a 55" flat screen 4K Smart TV.
The house offers keyless entry with a customized code for the duration of your stay. The first floor welcomes you with our custom mural painted by well-known Jason Snell in our loving common area, along with a fully equipped kitchen that is filled with natural light.
The primary suite on the first floor also offers a large queen size bed, closet, and an attached bathroom.
The other 3 bedrooms on the second and third floors, also offer queen beds with their respective closets. There is another full bathroom off the hallway to be shared.
A family or game room is included with comfy pillows and throws along with your favorite games.
Our spacious backyard is a great place for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air. Although it is not fully fenced in, it offers plenty of room for outdoor activities, such as playing catch, having a picnic, or simply lounging in the sun.
Experience the convenience of the city living with ease! Enjoy short rides from the airport or to the bustling downtown areas and other popular destinations! We are also just a few blocks away from the Oakley neighborhood.
All pets are allowed here with an additional fee.

A private driveway near our garage offers enough space for up to 4 cars.
Other things to note
We will supply you with enough coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner for a long weekend. However, you'll be responsible for any additional supplies you may need throughout your stay.
All linens, including extra blankets and towels, are included.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to cook a full meal for. We also have a coffee maker and microwave available.
There is a security camera located in the Ring doorbell in the front of the house on the porch, as well as an outdoor security camera overlooking the side of the home. There are no cameras located inside the house.
If you are bringing a pet, it’s an additional $50 fee for every pet.

Summary: The location was perfect for our volleyball tournament. The drive to Duke Energy was less than 15 mins. There were fun and delicious restaurants nearby the house as well. The house is very cute and comfortable.

Summary: 7 of us stayed in this Norwood home for our reunion weekend at Xavier. The property was in a great location to access campus and downtown area and served well as a “home base.” Pros: pet friendly, spacious rooms, beautiful kitchen and accessories (including range of K cups for the keurig. Cons: not enough seating in living room to comfortably hang out for all guests, lack of hand towels in restrooms, wooden steps outside were wobbly and could use some repair, and confusing info regarding smart lock and door knob locks. We were anxious about closing the wrong one and not being able to get inside. There was also a smart lock on the bedroom door next to kitchen that was closed by the guest sleeping in there and we couldn’t enter without going outside and re opening it. Suggestion would be to put tape or a sign on wall to not lock the door knob for the particular door the instructions referenced. Overall the space was great and worked well as our home base for reunion weekend. We would recommend others to rent here and would return in the future.

Summary: Property was exactly as described, it was clean, well stocked and roomy for renters with many people. We felt safe in neighborhood and close to activities. One complaint was downstairs bathroom was extremely cold.
