Summary: This was a great house for 2 families - clean and had all the necessary amenities. Very close to the lifts either via the free bus or by driving (Sun Valley offers free parking), and also close to downtown Ketchum which is an adorable little ski town. Bob was a great host and available at all times - and he provided us with lots of recommendations in the check-in document. Next time we ski in Sun Valley, we’ll be back here ❤️ Thanks, Bob!

Summary: My family and I spent an amazing two weeks at Bob's house in Ketchum. The place is perfect for a mountain escape and has everything you need for an extended stay. Plenty of space for a family of 5 (and plenty of TVs!) We loved grilling outside and ending the night with a soak in the hot tub! I would highly recommend.

Summary: The owner was responsive to any and all of our needs. House was clean and tidy. Short walk to the lifts. Just a few blocks away or you can hop a bus as they come regularly. This would be a really good spot for a family with kids as 2 of the rooms are small but have bunk beds. The master is big. The house is a little older but you can tell the owner takes pride in keeping it in top shape. Has a fireplace upstairs and downstairs which was nice and the hot tub is just outside the garage door.

Summary: Our family LOVES renting this comfortable, family-friendly condo. It is well equipped and pleasantly furnished. It is definitely clean. The location is perfect--on the bus line and an easy walk to the Warm Springs lodge. We would highly recommend renting it! We certainly will be back.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here, with plenty of living space and outdoor views. The fourth bedroom with bunk beds was too small and very uncomfortable mattresses for our guests. The 3 other bedrooms worked out great as described. The home was clean and the owner very friendly and helpful. While we were glad to replace some of the household supplies we used or depleted, we were disappointed that we had to run to the store for the basics before the rest of our guests arrived.
