5 Bedroom House in Columbus

Summary:
Our beautiful lakefront home has 5 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests. We provide everything you need to feel "at home" during your stay. Enjoy spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a pool table, firepit, lake views, and more! Our family-friendly neighborhood is twenty minutes from downtown and Riverwalk and just a few minutes from Fort Moore. Be our guest; we would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. The dining room is to the left of the entryway, and the game/pool table space is to the right. Through the main foyer are the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The first and only ground-level bedroom is off the kitchen with a queen bed, and so is the half bathroom.
Head upstairs to the additional four bedrooms and both full bathrooms.
The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. The last two bedrooms have the same layout; each has one lofted twin bed and two twins underneath, totaling three twin beds in each room.
The backyard is accessible through the living room. Enjoy our beautiful firepit and lake views!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a residential neighborhood on a lake. We are minutes from Ft. Moore and about twenty minutes from downtown Columbus.
NOTE: the community pool is not available for guest use. Thank you for understanding!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Summary: The home was really beautiful and accommodated our family of 10 well. Everyone was thoroughly pleased with their bedding and sleeping arrangements. There were a few things that were unable to meet our needs as a larger family. Unlike the pictures posted online, there were only (2) dinner plates available for our group of (10), so paper plates were necessary and used at every meal. There was a very limited supply of pots and pans, which made it difficult to cook meals, however we made due with what was there. There were no storage containers for leftovers, so we used ziploc bags, which was weird but worked. There were plenty of glassware, although we used Solo cups the whole time; there was an ample supply of mixing bowls, china bowls and silverware, although we used plasticware for most meals. We were looking forward to the outdoor backyard & fire pit, but the lawn maintenance was non existent for some time and the yard was full of knee high weeds and ant piles; We even brought cornhole to play, but changed our mind once we saw the yard. The carpet was stained throughout and is in dyer need of steam cleaning; the poker table in the photos was broken down and out in the garage for some reason so it couldnt be used. The main table had 4 chairs with very loose legs, so we tightened them ourselves to avoid injury. None of these things were critical to us & we enjoyed our time with our son. Communication was great; Addressing these few things would be glad to give it 5 stars!

Summary: Stayed for Ranger School Graduation and was the perfect location. Short drive to 185 and close to Fort Benning/Moore. Is across the lake from Independence Place Apartments which was perfect as our son is currently living there. Quiet location with an open floor plan.

Summary: This home was literally our home away from home! It had everything we needed and the check in and out process was easy. Quick communication from the property manager! We Will definitely be booking again

Summary: Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood in Columbus. We sure enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again! My only struggle with this was seating. It sleeps 13, but their really isn't seating for 13. I had my older parents traveling with me and their really wasn't a nice chair for my parents to sit in and be able to get out of easily. Wishing the living room had other furniture options besides the sectional.

Summary: Spent 4 nights when my son turned green. Lots of room, clean, and in a safe, very quiet neighborhood. Thinking about a second stay when our son turns green. Had a couple of questions when we arrived, both were answered within 5 minutes. First time renting a house, definitely better than multiple hotel rooms.

Summary: It was a good place to stay, there was a few ants and one bit my Grandson who was sitting in a chair at the dining room, I didn’t like that and you couldn’t leave any food or snacks on the counter. I stayed in other VRBOs and this one was lacking in supplies for the customers that other places had a lot of like trash bags, sugar, ect.
