Summary: House is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything about the house was in good shape. The three upstairs bedrooms are really wonderful and the basement bedroom is perfect for kids. Nice pool table and bar in the basement. And the pool outside if really nice. We will definitely plan on staying there again.

Summary: Not impressed with the cleanliness of the overall property. Kitchen floor was not mopped, fridge was not wiped clean, lots of dust and dirt throughout the house. Around the pool had lots of leaves and weeds. The patio furniture needed cleaned off. We spent most of our time cleaning to feel like we could stay there for the remaining of our weekend.

Summary: Overall stay was good. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The pool was absolutely great. Kitchen was very nice. Screened patio was unsafe and not usable.

Summary: The directions that we received prior to leaving home were thorough and complete. It made the check in process quick and easy. The home was equipped with all we needed, from the number of towels to what was needed for meal preparation. The weather was hot while we were there, so the pool was a great feature. The grandkids enjoyed it so much that they decided that we should hang out there instead of other outings. There was enough space for our entire group and some separate areas for when the teens wanted some time away from the adults.

Summary: PROS One of the best pools at a VRBO property that we have ever been too. (Diving board and 10 ft deep area) Nice kitchen. Property manager/owner very nice and responsive. Pool table in basement was great. TVs everywhere. CONS To be honest, the VRBO listing photos make the house appear much nicer and roomier than real life. It’s cluttered, crowded and sort of feels old throughout the house. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Bedrooms are small and feel even smaller due to furniture being too big for them. There was a bit of a smell that the cleaner tried to mask with air freshener, which wasn’t great. In general the women in our group were pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the house.

Summary: We had a group of us from all across the US come in for a buddies Air Force retirement ceremony. The place was cozy, and mer all of our needs. The property manager was very accommodating and worked with us on all levels. Would stat again. Very well stocked on utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc. Kitchen both levels made it extra nice.
