Positive: The accommodation is superb. Everything is finished to a high standard. Very clean. Lovely touches like milk in the fridge and prosecco! I had great communication with the team before my stay and loved the guide explaining everything from the accommodation to nearby beaches etc. The house is a great base for north wales and perfect for Portmeirion. We visited Portmeirion, Snowdon, Barmouth and Caernarfon. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
Negative: Only slight problem, and this seems really picky- we couldn't get the dishwasher to clean properly but that is such a minor problem.

Positive: Beautiful property. Very comfortable. Real home from home vibe. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely outside space. Great communication too. We had 2 elderly and disabled people in our party and the place was very accessible and ideal for them.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like!
Summary: The bungalow really made our holiday extra special. We will be booking again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: The premise is spacious and comfortable. The open plan kitchen is well designed and utensils are plenty and clean. Bedrooms are of reasonable size and provides us with a good sleep after a day of outing. Facilities are new and user friendly. Bathrooms are clean and well thought of. The location is good as it is a 5 minute drive to Porthmadog where we could get a decent restaurant with nice cuisine.
Negative: Nothing. It's well above expectation.

Positive: Absolutely brilliant House. 10 out of 10! Very good value for money. Everything was super clean and lots of space, considering there were 7 of us.

Positive: Short walking distance from the beach, close to a small town and easy to get to the mountains. Beds are comfortable and the bungalow is well laid out and relaxing. Smart TV and log fire are a lovely addition. Great to have utility room with drying facilities and extra fridge which can in handy to store the dogs items or dry off wet clothes. Dog crate and bowls provided as well. Garden is a great size with outdoor heater and nice garden furniture.
Negative: Property could do with a deep clean (skirtings filthy, towel rails dirty, dirty dish brush, filthy toilet brush, sofa stained) Two cupboards are full of left over products from past guests including left over children’s medicine. Whilst it’s great to have some essentials left, the cupboards could do with a clear out & tidy. Garden cannot be secured from the inside. No latch or lock so anyone can open the gate from the outside which isn’t ideal if you’re taking dogs.
