Enjoy the entire place to yourself! This clean and quiet townhome serves as the perfect retreat for your family vacation, business group, or small reunion. Close to Utah Lake and I-15, short drive to BYU & UVU, 30 min to Sundance, and 40 min to downtown SLC.
Enjoy the Megaplex movie theatre and several restaurants all one block away. Take a much needed dip in the heated pool or relax in the all-year-round hot tub while your kids play in the splashpad.
Melt into our memory foam beds and pillows and let your tension float away :)
In the morning, you'll find everything you need to make a pancake and coffee breakfast.

The complex has a shared, heated seasonal outdoor pool and kiddy splashpad (open end of May through first week of October), year-round hot tub, gym, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground for the kids. Pickleball equipment provided!

Summary: The location of this property was ideal: close to amenities and attractions that we were interested in. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the labels on light switches, kitchen drawers, and kitchen cupboards. It took the guesswork out of where everything was. The checkout procedure was also one of the simplest that I’ve encountered so far.

Summary: Pros: Our family loved the pool and hot tub, and pickleball courts. It was close to everything. Garage entry was nice. Good communication from owner. Cons: Living room area could use more seating for visiting. Overall it was a great stay.

Summary: The property was beautiful and clean! Everything was decorated nicely. Every detail was so though! The host was excellent. Communication was amazing! The host helped us throughout every step of the process. He answered every one of my questions very quickly. The place was very spacious for my family. It was great to have separate rooms but all on the same floor so I could keep an eye on the kids. This was a great value to me! The property’s value was excellent compared to any hotels in the area. Hotel rooms are always so crowded. Having a kitchen, living room, and a dinning room plus 3 separate rooms felt like being at home! In addition, the complex has a pool, spa, splash pad, basketball and squash courts, and a playground. The area felt safe and close to stores and anything else you need. If you are in Orem and visiting with your family this is a great place to stay!
