Summary: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung war für lange Wanderungen mit unserem Hund perfekt.Es war zwar unser erster, aber nicht der letzte Besuch. Hinweis: Das WLAN-Passwort im Gästeordner ist nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Summary: Wir waren im Sommer 2021 und jetzt im Winter 2021/2022 im Casa Bavaria. Wir möchten definitiv gerne bald wieder buchen, allerdings haben wir positive, sowie auch verbesserungswürdige Dinge: Positiv: Handtuch- und Bettwäsche-Service und die Möglichkeit, Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel usw. benutzen zu dürfen und natürlich am letzten Tag der Service, dass man nur den Geschirrspüler einräumen muss!! Das ist im Vergleich zum Service von Fr. Demmler viel besser! Herzlichen Dank dafür!! Nicht so schön: - Das Haus war nicht geheizt (Fußbodenheizung mussten wir einschalten) - in der Kaffeemaschine war ein verschimmelter Kaffeefilter - 2 Töpfe waren innen komplett verkrustet (wie angebrannt), habe dies in Eigenregie mit dem silbernen Topfreiniger (im Spülschrank lagen 2 nagelneue ) rückstandslos selber gereinigt! - unter den beiden Bett war sehr sehr viel Staub, als wäre schon länger nicht gereinigt worden! Die Flocken kamen uns schon entgegen. - im Gegensatz zu anderen Häusern (wir waren auch schon im Gamsbock und Alpensee) ist der Fernseher viel zu klein und war zum Teil von den Programmen nicht richtig eingestellt, was im Winter natürlich nicht angenehm ist, vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter, da schaut man gerne Fernsehen. Die Größe des Fernsehers wäre ideal für das obere Elternschlafzimmer und unten müsste ein neues großes Gerät her. Gerne zahlen wir auch etwas mehr dafür …. - die Holzladen der Terrasse müssen repariert werden; diesbezüglich sagte mein Mann dazu nur, dass dies kein Akt sei und er nur einen Akkuschrauber bräuchte! Das wäre eine Arbeit von 2 Minuten! Ansonsten haben wir uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten alsbald wieder buchen! Bitte geben Sie gerne die Verbesserungsvorschläge gerade im Hinblick auf den Fernseher und die Holzladen der Terrassentür an Familie Schuster weiter! Herzlichen Dank und bis bald!
