Beautiful, detached villa, located in La Torre golf resort, offering comfortable living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open plan living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom and bathroom is located on the ground floor, while a further 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. A utility room with washing machine is located adjacent to the kitchen.
Facilities include a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout. The kitchen includes an induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The property offers a spacious outside terrace with adjacent lawned gardens, pool and jacuzzi (which can be heated) and a BBQ area. The terrace includes extensive outside seating, including dining table, dining chairs, parasols for shade, and sun loungers next to the heated pool and hot tub. There is high fencing all around the property, perfect for young families, plus a safety fence around the pool for extra safety measures, ideal again for young children, which can be removed if desired. A further terrace with seating is located off the main bedroom on the first floor, perfect to catch the early morning sun.
A private car parking area is situated to the front of the villa, while ample car parking spaces are additionally available on the adjacent road.

Extra facilities for babies/ toddlers (cot beds, eating chairs, safety gates etc.) can be requested at an extra charge.
The property is located on the edge of the resort, offering peaceful surroundings although still within easy access and in walking distance of the main centre of the resort, which offers a supermarket, variety of restaurants, bars, golf clubhouse, as well as the luxury hotel’s spa facilities. Guests visiting the resort are free to make use of 17 communal pools on the resort, various playground and activity areas, tennis courts and padel tennis courts (free of charge). The resort offers 24-hour security.
The golf course on the resort can be booked separately and the local area offers numerous additional golf courses which can be enjoyed by keen golf enthusiasts.
Gorgeous beaches are located circa 15min away while Los Alcazares, Murcia city and Cartagena are in easy reach for day trips and evenings out.

Summary: What a fantastic place to stay.We really enjoyed our visit the villa is comfortable and well equipped. Katleen was a super host and help us arrange high chairs and cot for our grandchild would deffinatly go again next year

Summary: Great stay in a lovely villa. This villa has been updated to a high standard. Having stayed in a number of similar villas at La Torre over the years it was really good to find one that has been updated from the old La Torre fittings and fixtures. All three bathrooms a the kitchen have been updated to a high standard. Really good selection of glasses, crockery and appliances. A credit to the owner. The outside space and pool/jacuzzi look great and I’m sure that during a summer stay would be well used. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa.

Summary: Fantastic villa with excellent facilities. Lovely outside space with great swimming and jacuzzi pools. Katleen is an excellent host and was very easy to deal with. She provides an excellent guide to La Torre and the Mar Menor area. I would highly recommend this villa.

Summary: We had a great stay in Torre-Pachego. The house was extremely well equipped and than some more. Nice pool, to cool off on the warm days. Plenty of stuff to okay with for our kids. When not at the house, we enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns, restaurants, beaches etc. Minor hinder were the flies that wouldn’t go away. Thanks for having us! Would highly recommend!

Summary: Just returned today. Want to return already! Lovely villa, accurate representation on line. Clean, gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, great outdoor area (maybe a few more sunshades but not complaining about the sun!). The resort was really beautiful. Quiet, civilised, so clean and tidy and felt really safe even at night. We visited Sofia's café for coffees and croissants which was lovely and visited the Italian restaurant on site, amazing food and views if you get to sit outside overlooking the lake. The 16 communal pools are equally good and beautifully kept and the kids enjoyed these. The resort is very large so it was a good 20/25 minute walk to the centre with restaurants, Spar etc. which suited us as we love walking (though not in quite such hot temperatures!). The Spar supermarket is well stocked. We hired e-scooters for a couple of hours for 2 days which is only 10 euros each for about 5 hours, really good value and good fun. Great to keep the teenage kids busy. We hired a car for 2 days but didn't venture far as we were happy staying on the resort for the morning for coffee, food etc. and visiting pools and then chilling by our own pool later on. It really was a relaxing holiday. Loads of outdoor furniture and inflatables, toys etc. supplied for the kids (and grown ups!). Lilos were much appreciated and fought over. There seemed to be a lot of flies in the area but they do supply lots of fly covers for food which we used a lot. Air con much needed. Would return no doubt!

Summary: Really lovely property with everything in it to make it a home from home. Great pre arrival communication from the host. Lovely area but a car is a must if you want to leave the resort. Resort is lovely.
