-You will have access to the whole house, aside from a couple of locked storage closets.
- We have installed a security camera behind the back yard shed for security purposes as our privacy fence backs up to a quiet parking lot - this will in no way observe or record any of the yard or house during your stay, and simply helps us to ensure that we are providing privacy and peace for all of our guests while enjoying the yard and playhouse.

You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the playground area and clubhouse, and agree to supervise children so as to avoid accidental injury.
