The south terrace with its 12m pool is a nice sun trap perfect to relax and sunbathe in the quiet. Summary: Big villa with generous bedrooms. Really nice pool in the sun (and very private). Great location with loads to do in the (drivable) area*. Only downside was the village was very quiet (does have a small shop and good pharmacy). So, it’s perfect if you have a car. Property manager was great, easy to get hold of if needed and helpful. * st emillion (+ cave tour and wine tasting) * truffade steam train * perigueux ruins * sainte foy le grande market * Bordeaux ~hour drive * kayaking 10/15 mins away * array of local towns for shopping for necessities etc

Summary: The Villa was perfect for a summer holiday, great pool and great outdoor facilities. Had some wonderful BBQ's and Ludovic was a lovely host, attentive when we called and checking we were OK a couple of times during the week.

Summary: Spent a lovely relaxing week. The house is gorgeous and has amazing views.It has everything you need. Right in the centre of a village with bakery and grocery store close by . Would highly recommend.

Summary: We have just returned from a wonderful week in this absolutely gorgeous house. We are a family of 5, with three young children, who spent every day in the lovely pool! The host Ludovic left a really generous welcome pack and was so helpful, sharing information about excursions in the area - we loved canoeing on the Dordogne, the lake nearby was great fun for paddle boarding and we loved visiting St Emillion and the Friday fete in the village. The house itself is wonderful - much bigger than it looks online and really beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this host and villa to anyone, we would love to return again sometime.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time. The village was very pretty and whilst we were there held a festival which was brilliant. Having a pool that the children could use whenever they wanted was perfect. Ludovic was a great host and very helpful. My only comment would be that the house could do with a couple more fans for the bedrooms.

Summary: We spent 2 weeks at this property and really enjoyed our stay there. Two adults and three children 12,10,5 The house is large and airy with lovely high ceilings and generous sized bedrooms. The pool is fantastic and was cleaned before we arrived and again after the first week. The patio area was great too and for those with young children the pool is fenced off. We had one day of rain during our stay and the kids loved the covered area with table tennis table. We had holidayed in this village before so we knew what it was like but it was our first time renting this house,and we would have no reservations recommending it to all and sundry!!!!! Communications with the owner Ludovitch were clear and helpful and his recommendations were spot on. The only problem we had was that two weeks was too short!!!!!!!!!

Summary: The property was beautiful Unfortunately we went slightly out of season so many places were closed and the weather only improved when we left Obviously this wasn't Ludovic's fault! Nevertheless we all really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bordeaux wine region

Summary: We stayed 1 week at the end of july with our children (9 & 11) and had a lovely holiday. The swimming pool is perfect, quiet and safe and the view is spectacular. The house is very charming, beatiful floors, spacious rooms. The arrival was perfect, although we didn't get to meet the Ludovic, he contacted us before arrival, at arrival and before departure, he was super helpful and friendly. We highly recommend it!
