You have COMPLETE access to anything that is located on the property.

Alarm and Security.
We have RING live alarm system that is connected the the police in all of our properties covering all exposed exits and entrances including but not limited to motion and glass break sensors. It is the guest's responsibility to turn alarm off/on the alarm while they are in and outside the house. The host company and the property management company is not responsible to anything that happens during the stay.

Our Winter "Resort Fee" is only applicable between October and March 15 and is charged upon request at least 72hrs prior to checkin.
It includes the Heated Pool for the duration of the stay and thus is billed daily at the # of nights staying.
Temperature before should be between 83-87.

This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.
Per listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property.
All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required by the platform, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.
We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Platform Direct Message (DM) system or my cell #. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.
Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same. Also animal's accidents do happen and we are not required to clean up after them every day. We do complete cleaning inside and outside right before checkin so we can not accommodate any accidental droppings they might have in or around the pool/backyard are.
Note, this is pretty much everywhere in the state of Florida.
