Summary: We were visiting the Grand Canyon and wanted somewhere relatively close and someplace that was unique. This old railcar fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and spacious with a double bed and two bunk beds, a shower and toilet with sink and sitting area, it was the perfect place for us. convenient to Historic Williams and to the LONG road to the canyon. I would highly recommend it. There are also cabooses and cabins at this facilty and an indoor pool which we did not have the opportunity to use.

Summary: Route 66 offers a lot of fun kitsch and staying in a converted rail car fits right in. The price is reasonable for a family and although you book it on VRBO think of it more like an economy hotel room with flair.
