The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and private access to the pool area. The whole family can hang out in the living room and anyone cooking in the kitchen will still be a part of all the fun. The spacious and open kitchen has plenty of counter space for an assortment of all the delicacies the ocean has to offer.
Lounge by the pool or take a short drive down to the famous white sand beaches of Florida. Meet some dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico and make memories with the Pod. Pool Heat: $25 per day. Pool settings are all scheduled ahead of time. When purchased, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temp drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Pets: We are pet friendly (Dogs Only) Bring your fur baby for a relaxing vacation! Maximum 2 dogs only for $250 fee per stay.
Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the house or outside on the patio or within 25ft of the home. A fee of $500 for Ozone cleaning will be charged.

Summary: Property manager was very prompt with communication and home was in great condition, clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and pool rafts. We appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer. It was 13 minutes to Madeira Beach and we drove back and forth easily to that area. Not far from Clearwater Beach which we enjoyed as well. We had one maintenance issue while there which Courtney took care of promptly even though it was very late at night when we reached out. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This property was our emergency temporary accommodation when we lost our home to Helene and then suffered additional damage from hurricane Milton. The house and yard are great! Perfect vacation rental for one or two families. The property manager - Courtney - was responsive and compassionate. Couldn’t have asked for more. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area then definitely check this place out!

Summary: This house was in a great spot, close to many beaches. We really enjoyed the place. Space was good size for our family of 4. Lots of pool toys, etc. The beach chairs have probably lived their life and could be replaced. Lots of pool/beach towels. Very responsive! Had to replace water filter and get the propane refilled which caused minimal inconvenience.

Summary: This was a last minute booking as a family member and I needed to travel to Florida to support another family member. The house was decorated beautifully, clean, modern and well-stocked. The layout of the house was perfect with the bedrooms on one side of the house and the shared space on the other side with an open-concept kitchen/family room leading out to the backyard and pool. The queen beds were both very comfortable (we did not use the bunk beds). The neighborhood was quiet but closely located to stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. The pool was an added bonus that provided us with a quiet oasis in the midst of otherwise chaotic days. There was a "things to know" book in the kitchen that was very informative. The management company was attentive and responsive.

Summary: We absolutely loved this house and plan to rent it again for our vacation next year! The location was great as it was 10 minutes from my parents house. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were perfect for our family, especially with the kids bunk beds. We loved the outdoor area! We did pay to heat the pool which I highly recommend as it made it warm enough even for the adults! Lol They left us an adorable welcome basket and had amazing communication! Highly recommend!

Summary: Our family of 5 enjoyed every moment of our stay in this Seminole/Largo area home. The property offers easy access to activities in Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Clearwater. The home was well-appointed and stocked with ample supplies for our family to enjoy home cooked meals tableside by the pool, or indoors at the beautiful stone bar countertop in the kitchen. Each bedroom was equipped with ceiling fans to keep us cool at night. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area which included a lovely pool, shuffleboard, and cornhole games. Easy communication with our host Courtney who was very helpful throughout our stay. Would visit again! 10/10

Summary: We planned on going to Disney for a few days and after 1 day there we had enough. We booked this home in Largo last minute and the price was great,and everything fell into place seemesly, our host Heather was awesome and even called after a few days to make sure we were good. I will definatly look to stay here again or another property offered from this host, and recommend to anyone i know look8ng for a great vacation spot.

Summary: House is nicely decorated in a beach theme. Enjoyed the private pool. one or two issues but property manager addressed them. it has 3 BR and 2 full baths, a kitchen open to the living room, a covered lanai and private pool, just as described. Wish it had had a dining table inside but no room. there was plenty of barstool seating at the kitchen peninsula. There was a dining table outside, but too hot for us to want to eat outside. Publix, Target, Michaels, and numerous restaurants less than 3 miles away. Winn Dixie even closer. All in all, a good rental.

Summary: Our stay was very enjoyable. Heather is an excellent host with great communication. The beds were comfortable, and the drive to the beach is only about a 15 minute drive. We were able to drive to the beach every day and come back and enjoy the pool.
