Summary: The home was a good size for our family of 5. The check-in process was smooth and getting into the home was easy. However, I did find that the cleanliness of the home didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, the home could use some upkeep. The neighborhood itself was in a good location. With a little extra TLC I think the house would feel cozier and more relaxing.Communication with the owners was timely and easy.

Summary: This has been our go to stay in cedar rapids for the past three years. Jim and Monica have a wonderful property- 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 living areas and a beautiful backyard that is fenced in for the Fur babies. The neighborhood is peaceful and only 10 minutes from downtown.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay, was close to our son and also to areas we wanted to visit. Split the stay over the week as we were also traveling to neighboring state for a few days.Host was accommodating with us leaving for a couple of days and then returning for the end of the week. Yard was great for our dog to run around in.

Summary: Monica's house was perfect for our family of four adults. It was very clean, well furnished and provided everything needed (except for bath soap in the main bathroom). We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well supplied. The house had two nice conversation areas (living room upstairs and den downstairs). The back yard was fenced for privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe as we walked it at night. No problems at all made for a very nice stay.
