Summary: The house was great for 7 members.It was perfect.There were no other guests in the basement during our stay so we didn't bothered about any noise.We stayed there for 2 nights and we didn't find any issues worth mentioning.If we ever visit Denver,We will choose this house again.

Summary: The house is large and spacious. It has plenty of beds and rooms. However some of the beds only have a fitted sheet and a comforter. There weren't any flat sheets to add to the bed makeup. The kitchen is small for the size of the house. The oven is old and stained and the handle is falling off the stove. They had the handle "taped" back on, they taped it with present wrapping tape so it fell off every time you touched it. The upstairs gets brutally hot while the very bottom downstairs gets really cold. The main level is the only place where the temperature is comfortable. The house worked for what we needed, but could use a little TLC on the beds and kitchen.

Summary: It was very clean and well maintained. Simple rental with plenty of beds in a nice neighborhood. We stayed with our large family 3 adults and 6 kids. The only thing we would have changed was a bit more in the kitchen. There were plenty of dishes like plates and bowls but no steak knives a few missing untinsel and a small selection of pots and pans. Fine for serving food but if you intend to cook you might want to bring some of your own. In other properties we typically find basic seasonings and maybe some Ziplocs or tin foil or seran wrap but this rental did not. The appliances in the kitchen are older but still work just fine. An abundance of towels are available and the living areas are super clean and nice.

Summary: No bed had bedsheets (only comforters). Furniture in living room is very uncomfortable. Doors in rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. Strong smell of cigarette.
