Walking distance to Greeley Park which has a playground, a 2-3ft kiddie pool, tennis courts, and beautiful green grass nice for picnicking or basking in the sun. 2 miles from Mine Falls Park with 325 acres of dog friendly hiking and biking trails. 45 minutes from Hampton Beach and an hour to the mountains. Hearthstone wood burning stove for the cool nights, fire pit (complimentary wood provided), grill, and propane table. Just bring your steak tips, burgers, and smores! Rustic vibe with modern amenities. Complimentary WIFI. Upstairs, enjoy the comfort of home in the King size bed with adjustable base and convenient touch lamps with charging ports at bedside. Summary: The first thing you notice walking in is how clean the space is. I saw this in the comments and it did not disappoint - I would give a 5+. Great location - I am not familiar with Nashua, but we felt safe and comfortable out and about the town. My son (23) actually remarked in how friendly it was whether at a store or restaurant. The host are great and respond immediately with any questions. They have a lovely home and have made is very cozey and comfortable.

Summary: my husband, sister in law, brother in law and I all spent the weekend at the house. The town is adorable, the street the house is on is quite and the neighbourhood is nice. The house is exactly as described and excellent communication with the host. Great proximity to Boston and Portsmouth. Would stay there again.
