Follow the light posts and drive straight up to our private residence just 3 miles from Hammonasset Beach state park. Relax in a 7 person hot tub year round. Heated* pool available May 15- September 4th. 4 bedrooms located on 2nd floor. Master bedroom with a king bed and large master bath. Guest bedroom with a full bed. Kids will have a blast climbing up a twin bunk bed and hiding out in a custom built tree house. Fourth guest room has a full bed and a pack n play. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Toys and games for kids in playroom including basketball.
No access to garage or basement.
Owner has doors locked for personal effects. Please do not try to unlock doors.
*Pool heat is an extra $300/week or per stay if under 7 days. Pool can be heated up to 84 degrees.

Summary: It was a lovely house with a pool and hottub. We had a really relaxing time. The kids loved the kid's room with an indoor tree house and various games around the house. Will look to stay there again in the future!

Summary: I visited this property with my two kids, aged 7&12, plus two other adult family members for a few days. This was an excellent property for us as it had some thing for each one of us, regardless of our age. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, jumping on the trampoline and playing basketball. Older family members enjoyed the pool also, and relaxing poolside when not in the water. We all enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times. The house is spacious, which gave us plenty of room to spread out when we needed quiet time and the nearby beaches and towns were lovely to visit. The house is situated at the long driveway, which for me, created a real sense of peacefulness once we were there. Quiet and beautiful. Kelly Was wonderful to communicate with throughout the entire process, always responding in a timely fashion. We would definitely visit again!

Summary: We just loved our stay. Kelly was very patient with my questions and attentive as well. Our favorite spot was outside, basically anywhere outside. Pool day are great!!! The kids are breakfast and lunch outdoors under the gazebo as well. Beds were comfy, towels provided, kitchen fully stocked. We are ready for our next stay here! Thank you again for accommodating us. See you again soon.

Summary: Although we had a small hiccup on arrival, the property owners were very responsive and even had someone come over within minutes to help. We absolutely loved the house and the pool in which we spent the majority of our days. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked daily. My little loved counting out the 20 pieces of food and then feeding the fish every day. We hope to some day be able to go back.

Summary: I cannot overstate how much we loved this property! It was absolutely perfect for kids. The pool, hot tub, video games, and toys were fantastic and my kids were so happy to be there. I will book this house again for sure.

Summary: Spent a long weekend with 4 adults and 3 kids ages 7, 5, and 1.5. The house is beautiful. Everything was clean, kitchen tools were well stocked, and the kids pretty much lost it over how cool the bedroom with the swing and climbing area was (ok, so did the adults). The house is really private and close to the beach and downtown Madison. One warning I would issue to other parents with an under-2 is that the pool is gated, but in the sense that 95% of the yard you would be using is within the gate. There is a patio off the back door (with locks) which provides an extra boundary for mini escape artists, but once you're outside playing with all of the cool outdoor stuff for kids, you just have to be hyper vigilant. We look forward to returning next summer when our little one can be trusted a bit more!
