When you arrive at Orchid Place you will find our home comfortably sits on a man-made lake in the Lakeside area of Kissimmee, Florida. You’ll enjoy eating breakfast in the enclosed screened pool area under the lanai each morning while watching the birds outside. This area has been designed for your privacy. Our pool is south facing, completely screened in with two access doors from the house and two doors to the backyard. Our heated pool ($25 + tax per night when requested) allows you the option to cool off at anytime or warm up during the cooler days and nights in Florida. Pool Heat is recommended October through April.
Orchid Place includes a master bedroom with a king size bed & en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a Mickey Mouse themed room for the children complete with two twin size beds. Orchid Place also offers a pull-out sofa in the family room. Orchid Place can comfortably sleep 8 people. (**All linens and towels (bath and pool/beach) are provided!)
Our home includes 2 full baths (1 being the master en-suite bath), formal living room, dining room, family room, and galley kitchen with table seating.
Orchid Place is conveniently located 30 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando theme parks.

Summary: Orchid Place is a perfect villa with everything you could wish for, for a perfect Florida stay, close to the Disney and Universal parks and supermarkets. The Mickey Mouse bedroom and Disney touches around the villa were a lovely touch. The pool was perfect with beautiful views over the lake that we already miss! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: I have never stayed at such a well-stocked house before. The view of the duck pond while sitting on the lanai was a lovely feature of this house. While we were concerned about being 30 minutes from the amusement parks, the ride from the house had a great traffic flow and we didn't mind it. I would recommend this house for your next relaxation central Florida.

Summary: Outside of the neighborhood getting pretty rowdy on weekends my family very much enjoyed our stay. The house definitely had nearly everything we needed and had a good symmetry to the places we wanted to visit.
