5 Bedroom House in Wetumpka
Our large spacious home just finished up a major renovation to provide a fun, relaxing and outstanding family lake vacation! We have over an acre of property and 600’ of water frontage and our own boat ramp.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, and 2 living rooms - one of which will be a dedicated kids area and game room with ping pong table, large screen TV, and games.
There is a very unique private bar setup Florabama style (add your dollar bill to the wall!) off the aft deck with ship deck doors.
There is lots of outside porch and deck space with plenty of sitting areas as well as 2 fire pits (s’mores anyone?!). Please do not leave fire unattended and extinguish when done.
There is a Lilly pad for the young ones and a diving board for the more adventurous. Or take our two person canoe out for a little more adventure. We are tucked away in a private slew so it’s a safe spot. But we are right at the mouth of the main lake (Lake Jordan) so easy access to open water.
There is also a dedicated boat ramp to the lake on the property so bring your water craft. We plan to also have a pontoon boat to rent as well. Ask us about renting it if you're interested. The boat ramp is a private ramp but may be used during your stay to launch other boats.
Our home has 6 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed. The full bed and twin bed are a bunk setup (full bottom and twin top) in a dedicated bunk room off of the main living room. The home is ideally setup for two family’s to rent together, an office staff gathering, retreat, or other similar type stay. This is for family friendly stays only. No large parties without prior approval. Minimum age to rent is 26. Hosts/owners reserve the right to refuse renting at their discretion. There is a maximum number of overnight guest of 14 and a total maximum guest of 20 on the property at any one time without prior approval. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult responsible for the rental at all times.

3rd bedroom (lake view) - 2 queen beds
Bunk room (off living room) - bunk bed with full bottom and twin top

There is a lot ... a lot of dock space for lounging and relaxing. There are a number of tables and chairs but bring along your favorite backpack chairs as well. There is also a diving board. Dive and swim at your own risk. There will not be any lifeguards on duty. The water level varies at the lake so be sure to check the water level by getting in before allowing any diving. Normal water levels are about six feet BUT verify before diving! Anyone age 17 and under should be accompanied by an adult at all times when swimming and performing water activities.
Violation of house rules will be subject to further charges. Evidence (smell) of smoking inside our home is a minimum of a $500 charge. DO NOT SMOKE NEAR DOORS OR ON SCREENED IN PORCH. No excuses will be accepted for a smell of smoke indoors
