Positive: This suite was perfectly located and was really spacious for our family of four. It was just round the corner from the centre of Siem Reap so an easy walk out to cafes, restaurants and markets, but still quiet enough to feel relaxed. The suite was really spacious, and whilst the wooden furniture is not the cosiest, it was a nice environment to relax in. Staff were attentive and helpful. Good little bar with bargains at happy hour.
Negative: The pool area is small but a great addition in the hot weather!!
Summary: Perfect location, lovely vibe to the suite and a great spot to explore from.

Positive: Breakfast was not included, but you could purchase for $5 and it was a good size portion of western and Asian options. The staff was super friendly and eager to assist with whatever you needed. The amount of space for the price was great! We really weren't there long enough to cook in the kitchen, but if you were staying for an extended period, they had everything you would need to cook. The location was also great. Easy access to Pub Street and the markets and the other main streets.
Negative: The beds were a little hard and there were quite a few ants. Not that we were in the apartment very much, but the couch and living room chairs were wooden, so not really anything you were going to comfortably going to spend time on.
Summary: Nice Value with great hosts!

Positive: Hotel was in the best location, really close to everything but just far enough from the main roads and restaurants / bars to be nice and quiet. Always lots of tuk tuks available just outside. 2 minute walk to pub street and incredible food at the riverside night market. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Siem Reap and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if I was to return. The swimming pool was small but so cute and was very welcome after a hot day sightseeing
Negative: Beds were a bit hard (but that is common in many hotels in Asia). Bench sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable, furniture on the balcony was much more comfy. Bathrooms were beautifully designed but showers sprayed everywhere, causing a flood every time we used them. Felt bad having to use towels to mop up the floor each time. Could do with a drying rack for wet clothes and towels. More cups / plates / cutlery would be helpful as there were not enough for 6 people (size of our room).

Positive: Almost all of them. The staffs, the room, the kitchen with full equipment+chineseware+cutlery, the balcony, the pool,.. they are perfect, over the expectation. My family had a lot of joy. Thanks you and hope to see you again soon.
