This is our guest house. It is a cozy 2 bed 1 bath ranch home. Has all the amenities and comforts of home and located near Ferdinand State Forest. Large master bedroom with queen sized mattress. Guest bedroom with two full sized beds. Both bedrooms are across from the tiled bathroom. Laundry room at the end of the hall way between bathroom and master bedroom. Hardwood floors in main living area and bedrooms. A nice size tiled kitchen with open dining and living space and wood burning fireplace. TV is in the living room area with WIFI availability. The house sleeps five guest across two bedrooms and additional sleeping options in the living areas (sectional couch with pull out full sized bed)

Summary: We had a great time although we only spent the evenings and early mornings at the property. I met Colin (one of the owners). Very friendly and hospitable. We would highly recommend this property. If you are looking to stay here and are friendly and easy going, you will enjoy your stay very much!

Summary: We came down to spend a day at Holiday World and wanted a place to sleep before our long drive home the next day. This was a 30 minute drive from the park. It was a nice quiet place with plenty of space for everyone to have a place to crash. We were greeted by the sweet dog Koda, four freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and a sweet welcome note from the owners. The place was clean and the decor was a nice touch for a cabin in the woods feel.
