Summary: The furnishings and accommodations in this unit were excellent. There is a bunkroom where 4 girls slept. Those who stayed there enjoyed it immensely. The entry is situated in a nice area of the grounds. It is also a little more conveniently located to the resort amenities than other units.

Summary: I stayed at the chalet from July 6 to July 8, 2025. The positives of my stay included the beauty of the location and the available amenities. However, my weekend was impacted because the spa and hot tub were closed for maintenance, although I used all the other amenities. The house itself is beautiful, but one drawback is that the sofa couch does not have a mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Summary: The home at Zermatt was well built. The full kitchen and laundry room was nice. The appliances all worked well. The corner location was nice. The table lamps didn't work…no knobs to turn them off/on. The carpet and furniture and bedding are DATED! They need to remodel and update the home!!! For that much money, it was very dissatisfying. How much does it cost to replace the dated lamps and furniture? Not much!

Summary: We spent 11 days in this condo and it was absolutely wonderful! Great view, very clean and furniture in great shape. The AC didn't blow super cool but other than that everything was perfect!
