This privatly owned holiday home is ideal for familes children welcome ,( cotts supplied).offering spacious accomodation over 3 floors being South facing With all day sun, offering privacy and comfort of a high standard.
The perfectly appointed lounge has a guest bathroom, 50 inch flat screen sat tv with unlimited wifi .French doors lead out to the first terrace with bbq, dining table for 6, spa jacuzzi and panoramic sea views; the large seperate kitchen offers full oven with hob, dishwasher, toaster kettle fridge freezer , microwave, and breakfast table, being fully equipped for self catering.Stairs lead to the upper and lower floors, on the upper floor are two double bedrooms; The master bedroom has its own balcony with stunning views of the ocean and arguineguin, with a seperate sun bathing terrace and leading to the above ground 4M X 4M Swimming Pool...
Bedroom 1 has double fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and flat screen tv.
Bedroom 2 has open aspect windows overlooking the swimming pool and front of the property, double wardrobes, drawers, and bedside tables, bathroom 2 with shower is central to both upper floor bedrooms.On the lower floor is a very large bedroom with 2 doubles beds, essencially giving a 4th bedroom, with drawers, wardrobes, bedside tables, flat screen tv and an ensuite shower room.
The house is not suitable for the disabled because of stairs.. A car is recommended for those with mobility isues also to make the most of all that Gran Canaria has to offer. The coastal town of Arguineguin still retains its Spanish style and charm, unspoiled by mass tourism, with winding streets, coves, beaches, bars and restaurants to suite every nationality; cafe life is a big part of the culture here, Street cafe's are abundant and also line the beautiful harbour area, from were you can take a ferry along the coastline as far as Mogan. Our popular weekly market is also held by the harbour area, and is a must visit.
Arguineguin is ideal for active and sporty people , mountain biking and walking. Arguineguin has its own coastal path walk as far as the white sands of Anfi Beach, with bars restaurants beaches and coves along the way. As a base you are close to patalavaca, puerto rico, mogan and a short drive to playa del ingles maspalomas and everywere inbetween. Summary: lovely place, very clean and tidy. fresh linen and towels. hot tub was a selling point for us. beautiful island. plenty outdoor sitting spaces. 3 level villa.

Summary: Stayed in this villa for a lads holidays. Place was very decent, quite big space. We hired a car to get around the island. Bed was really comfy and fresh. The jacuzzi was perfect for chilling out with a few beers and watching the sun go down. Lots of films to watch. Nice big kitchen even though we couldnt cook between us haha takeaway or microwave meals for us and ate them outside next to the jacuzzi. Beaches were lovely and we went out a few nights too. Plenty of space and chill out areas.i did see some negative feedback about the place but dont let that put you off. Never judge a book by its cover. Would love to come back again next year.

Summary: arrived at the villa with my husband and another two couples and we were really impressed with the place. the jacuzzi was a big hit with everyone and we spent a lot of time in there or out in the many chill out areas. plenty of dvd films and sky tv for entertainment. beds quite comfy and the place was really clean. plus having a washing machine in the lower ground area meaning we could wash our clothes and towels then hang them out to dry on clothes dryer. these was plenty of menus and information available in the villa too which was really handy. good sized rooms and nice big kitchen with a dishwasher (meant no one was fighting over who done the washing up). lovely weather so we all had nice long walks to admire the view. can’t wait to come back near end of the year and bring my daughter and son in law along with the two grandkids. thanks for having us all stay for the 12 days.

Summary: We stayed at this villa once before, so this was our second time and it was great. Just as good as the first time... It really has everything you need. A home away from home. The villa is split over 3 levels and is very private and comfortable and is well equipped for a fantastic family holiday.. Arguineguin is a lovely location if you are looking for something that is not a typical tourist resort, it has many great shops, bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from and if you want to see other parts of the Island it’s only a short distance to most places by taxi or car. Our teenage children loved the bedrooms in the lower level of the property. And we all love the jacuzzi hot tub ( of course ) We will definitely return for a third time for sure.. Summary: GREAT HOLIDAY, FAMILY FUN IN THE SUN. We spent 10 days at this delightful villa and we all enjoyed our stay so much. All of us had such a great holiday and enjoyed our family holiday time together that we're already looking at booking again for the same time next year! Very well maintained and fitted out to a high quality, the villa was beyond our expectations and provided everything we needed and more for our 10 day holiday. The 3 different terraces and Hot Tub Jacuzzi Spa were ideal for lounging and relaxing in the sunshine and we took all our meals outside on the verranda, day & night. We were a large family group of 8 adults and a toddler ( cot & high chair supplied ) and would wholeheartedly recommend this villa! Looking forward to coming back again! Summary: My family and I have just returned from (A fabulous holiday in this Superb Villa ). From the moment we booked the owner could not have been more helpfull. Everything went so smoothly. We were met on arrival and shown around, then settled in for a great week, The kids loved the jacuzzi, they were in and out all day late into the evening so we adults had loads of time to relax and soak up the sun. The restauraunts are so reasonable, but we did also self cater, the kitchen is very well equipped with a spacious dining area also dining on the terrace, the bbq was a real bonus. Being a family of 7 it was fantastic value for money, very clean and well presented,exactly like the photos and description. we will book this villa again, and have no hesitation in reccommending the villa and Arguineguin with its many coves and beaches to families, hire a car and see some of the local sites to as Gran Canaria is beautiful.
