Breathtaking lake views abound from the full width enclosed lake room /dining room, and breakfast bar in the kitchen along with the balcony of the primary suite. This home is inviting from the moment you enter. This home has two air conditioning units for the hot summer nights and a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill if cooking is in your plans. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house and a separate bunkhouse adds a cool kids hangout and sleeping for two more. During the day enjoy the sun from the expansive patio and multiple docks or take a ride down the lake in one of the available kayaks. At night you can enjoy the serenity of a fire using the smokeless fire pit. It’s also a short 30 minute drive to beautiful Ellicottville if skiing or shopping is in your plans.
