Summary: One of the best holidays we have ever had. The property location in Lugano (Porza) would be hard to beat. Our host went above and beyond anything we would have ever expected. She made us feel right at home and having a washer and dryer was an added plus. Everything about the property exceeded the description posted on line. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for the best holiday ever. Our host provided suggested sites to visit and great restaurants in the area.

Summary: Villa Cipressi is a perfect getaway, tucked into the most spectacular landscape in Porza and overlooking Lake Lugano. Couldn't have imagined better accommodations - the bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. The living/dining areas - including the outdoor terrace and pool - were perfectly situated overlooking beautiful gardens with the lake in the distance. The villa was a short drive to stores and restaurants with easy access to Lugano proper and highways for day trips to other parts of Switzerland. Our host was absolutely charming and we hope to be back again soon.

Summary: We had a very relaxed holiday in the big house in Porza (above Lugano). It was quite hot, but we relaxed in the swimming pool and enjoyed the super view on the lake from the house. The house is very near the railway station. and supermakrket. For us very handy. We only visited Lugano once to shop. This was wonderful. It has a very nice centre. We would like to come back when it is not so hot anymore to explore the region! It must be wonderful! Thank you vey much for the warm welcome and hospitality.

Summary: As a group of six - one family of four and two grandparents - we were looking for a place that would comfortably accommodate everyone. This villa was a real treat! We had plenty of space for the kids to run around and play and really enjoyed the ability to cook our own meals and BBQ. The indoor pool was such a bonus and we felt really spoiled being able to come back after a long, hot day and cool off in the pool. The washer/dryer was also a major incentive. I would highly recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing vacation where their kids can be kids and for those who might want a bit more space to spread out. Michaela, the owner, was a delight and real pleasure to work with.

Summary: The villa is the best vacation rental that we have ever stayed in. Both my wife and I were amazed at the spectacular view and generous size of the apartment. It occupies an entire floor with two bed rooms and a large garden overlooking beautiful Lake Lugano. The unit is nicely furnished and immaculately clean. The town of Lugano is absolutely charming with excellent restaurants and friendly locals. There are plenty of lake activities and the shopping is world class. The owner has two other properties, one in St. Moritz and another on nearby Lake Como. We're looking forward to staying at both of them in near future.

Summary: Michaela's enchanting home, high up on the hillside in Porza, is elegant and peaceful...a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The bus is a few steps away from her home, and is a very easy trip to the center of Lugano. I cannot say enough about this incredible home!!

Summary: Three friends and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spacious, comfortable--- and you couldn't have asked for a more spectacular view! Totally breathtaking and soul-lifting. The owner was more than helpful, offering many suggestions for activities. The business aspects went very smoothly. You won't be disappointed.
