Summary: I can’t say enough about this property. We’ve rented numerous VRBO’s, but this one was by far the best. It was well provisioned with everything you might need. My wife and I like to cook and this place had it all. And get this - ALL the knives were sharp! The apartment was true to the description, if not better. Incredible location, beautiful views from the patio. We walked to some of the restaurants in Weggis and down to the lake. Very convenient. We did a lot of things during the day - Lucerne market, Pilatus, Mt. Rigi, etc…, and it was very nice to ‘come home’ to this property afterwards. The property was very clean and well maintained. Garage parking below was a plus. Again - can’t recommend this place enough.

Summary: What an amazing stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were wonderful. The boat and buses were convenient and close enough to walk to. Will definitely book again. Andrea was a wonderful host!

Summary: We loved our 6 nights in Weggis staying in this beautiful apartment. View from the lounge/diner and patio area is simply spectacular- whatever the weather. Well equipped kitchen and located very close to the lake and the lido. A pleasant 20 minute stroll into the centre of the village where there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc and access to the boats and cable car. Would love to come back

Summary: We were attracted to this lovely property by the pictures and the view. Weggis is a lovely upscale village with wonderful restaurants just 30 minutes from Lucerne by car or ferry. Although the weather was cool, cloudy and often rainy the partially covered terrace allowed us to breakfast outdoors or enjoy an afternoon cocktail, admiring the ever-changing view. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed, the bed comfortable, the two bathrooms very modern. There was an indoor parking spot. We spent every day driving to explore new villages as well as Lucerne and Bern but it was lovely to have such a wonderful home base to come home to. Andrea Truempler was a thoughtful and responsive host. Absolutely loved our 11 days in Switzerland and 8 days in the apartment.

Summary: We love to cook when we travel and the kitchen had everything. From an excellent fondue pot and even a rackette maker. Every day we took the ferry to a new village for lunch and came back to the apartment for wine and light dinner. I took so many pictures of the view. It never got old.

Summary: We absolutely loved the property and location! The first thing that struck us was just how utterly quiet and peaceful the area was. Next was the breathtaking views from the patio! Lake Lucerne and the mountains surrounding were magnificent! The walk into town was a joy for us as well. It was very easy to get on the ferry and trek into Lucerne or a number of other small little villages! We highly recommend this property!

Summary: I can’t say enough good things about this property and those who manage it. The apartment was immaculate and the location was wonderful. Quiet and idyllic. The locals in Weggis are wonderful as well; they were so nice and very helpful. The view is spectacular from the apartment. Patio sunrises and sunsets were a big daily hit. I had a great time and will definitely be back.
