Enjoy the view of the ocean from our second-floor deck and visit 4 Narragansett beaches within 2 miles of our beautiful chalet! (Scarborough State Beach is 1.7 miles away, Roger Wheeler State Beach is 1.4 miles away, Camp Cronin Fishing area with a beach is only .5 miles away and Salty Brine State Beach is 2 miles away)
You'll find every inch of this home to be tasteful and classic with a touch of eclectic accents throughout the home. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. It has an outdoor dining area under the deck and a very large yard. You are also right around the corner (1/4 mile) from Iggy’s Doughboys, Aunt Carrie’s Ice Cream and Spain Restaurant.
This is a great house to accommodate people who may have difficulty with stairs. There are two bedrooms (King/Twin bedroom) and a Queen bedroom on the first floor (no stairs to get into house.) The kitchen is also on the first floor and there is an out door dining table on the ground level with an outdoor propane grill.
Plenty of outdoor space for yard games, or just relaxing on the deck.
Linens and bath towels are included in this rental. You are not required to provide your own. To limit your packing, we provide Beach Chairs, a Beach Umbrella, a Beach Stroller, Boogie Boards and a Beach Tote. There is even a Corn Hole game for your use.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family and guests. The front yard and deck made for the perfect place for kids to run and play and adults to relax and take in the view. Camp Cronin beach is walkable and we were able to take our dog there. Close to shops and restaurants too. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely attentive and got back to me very quickly when we needed extra blankets. 10/10!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay on Conant Ave! The house is spacious with a rather large yard for kids to play and easy access to EVERYTHING. The neighborhood is quiet and cute. Definitely recommend!

Summary: My family loved this house and location. Gregg had a great supply of beach items that we brought to a perfect kids beach just down the road. Our kids loved playing in the big yard. The deck was great for enjoying the sunshine. We had a great visit and loved the house.

Summary: This house was so cute and a big hit amongst our group. Towels were neatly folded on each bed and there were a lot of nice touches as far as starter supplies go. The location is in a quiet area and was within a 12 minute drive of all activities we did. This house was perfect for a group of 10 with the rooms split between upstairs and downstairs. It never felt crowded. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the layout is very open. There was plenty of fridge space and seating indoors and outdoors. The only concern I did have was that the spiral staircase is narrow, but it’s a great touch. Great host communication with restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend this property!
