Perfect for a family.
New an outside jacuzzi near the pool with a fantastic view on the sea and the montains, a ping pong table and a small boulodrome.
The interior of the Villa was renovated & redecorated in 2011. In 2012 exterior renovation was completed with a new “infinity” swimming pool, a new large terrace overlooking the sea and the coast, a new convenient access to the house with automated gate equipped with remote controls and indoor video control panel, new outdoor lighting, new comfortable outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower located by the pool area.
Our spacious villa combines all modern quality amenities, contemporary elegance and attention to details with charm and beauty of life in Provence.
Large terrain is flat & private, accessible by car (1 car garage) with no steps to take. Large private garden has fruit trees and vegetable garden. There is a breathtaking sea view from every room, the terrace & the infinity pool.
A modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove, and a refrigerator, and opens directly onto the outdoor breakfast area with a teak table for 6, a sun umbrella, and a built-in BBQ. The living quarters also include large and open Living room that has direct access to the large terrace and the infinity pool with a fantastic sea view. Living room furnished with large (114cm) flat screen TV, WiFi, and more.
There is 1 spacious master bedroom and 2 large bedrooms with private water salons each (including shower and a sink), 1 Italian bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and a Laundry room equipped with washer & dryer.
Additional property description: Villa & pool are surrounded by cactuses, mimosas, Mediterranean shrubs, citrus trees and colorful flowers. 10 min walk down to the village; another 10 to the beach. Going back uphill takes longer.
Oasis of Paradise: Le Rayol is situated on the largely unspoiled coastline - 25km west of St Tropez. The Massif des Maures hills drop down all the way to the blue Mediterranean, forming the dramatic coastline between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou. It faces the 3 Iles d'Or - 3 natural beautiful reserve islands. This coast is known for its clean sandy beaches and rocky coves. Le Rayol itself offers 4 small beaches, all of them with restaurants. The village Le Rayol has everything you may need: supermarket, 2 bakeries, butcher, news kiosk, doctor, pharmacist, post office, tourist office. Above all, Le Rayol is known for its famous bar/restaurant Le Maurin des Maures: good food and good atmosphere at a reasonable price. More shopping options are available nearby Cavaliere (5 km) and Le Lavandou (10 km).

Summary: The Sunset villa is a real sanctuary. The view is spectacular. The villa itself is furnished with a great sense of style. It is amazingly maintained and has everything you will need for an unforgetable stay. An amazing outdoor area (yoga deck, sun terrace, pool and jacuzzi), a great layout (all rooms have sunset and sea view) . situated in a beautiful french village. I can't wait to be back.

Summary: It is the second time that we spend our vacation there. Since the first time we noticed that the owner improved the property outside. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The property is very well maintained and clean. It is the perfect place to rest with the pool we went to the beach only 1 time. The beach is very private surrender by the montains. The best time of the day is sunset time when the sky become red. We will certainly come back next year, it is a little paradise.

Summary: Last October we went to spend some time to visit Provence and we rented this villa that looked very beautiful on the website. It was a great idea! The location of this villa is perfect. And energy there was so good that we spent most of our time relaxing on different terraces that the villa has. We enjoyed the view, fresh air, beautiful sunset and the infinity pool with open view on the mediteranneen sea. The villa inside is very nice and comfortable as well with a lot of living space and modern amenities. The best time of the day was the dinner time… taking a glass of rose for a "French aperitif", watching amazing sunset that lights up the cost line and the top of the mountains. It was an excellent choice for vacation.

Summary: very nice and confortable house. extraordinary sea view. House, pool and garden well maintained. Peacful area. Beautiful beachs nearby. Many markets to do. Many interesting sites and towns to see and visit as St tropez, le Lavandou, Ramatuelle, the famous Fort de Brégançon.... we had a really great stay !

Summary: My 2 week stay at the villa was incredibly relaxing, beautiful beyond words and a feast for the senses. Every morning, I got to have breakfast outside while looking out at the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountainous range. I went skinny-dipping in the infinity pool, and was especially appreciative that the water isn't chlorinated as in most other pools. Also, I enjoyed going for walks down to the beach, which only took about 15 minutes, and the view down was very scenic! If you're into photography, don't forget to pack your camera when you plan your trip, you'll regret not capturing what you see here!

Summary: Highly recommendable place for the perfect Provence vacation. The owners are very nice and supprotive people who try to make the stay as convenient as possible. The best are the terrace and the pool. The view and athmosphere are stunning. The house is easy accessible by car and you may even walk up from the main coastal road in about 15 min. Rayol has all necessary shop like bakery super market etc. Our kids enjoyed the local beach. I would rent again .......

Summary: It was a marvellous stay at this wonderfull located villa - excellent pool, large terrace and the kitchen full of amenities.
