This great apartment is located on the 5th floor with a 10sqm balcony and a magnificent view of the sea. Directly on the km-long, fantastic sandy beach with promenade of Cala Millor . It is modern furnished, and amenities include air conditioning, SAT-TV, Internet, washing machine, anti-insect nets and an elevator. The living area of 45 m² offers an open kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven and two ceramic hobs. A bright living/dining area with a beautiful sofa bed, as well as the bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. The modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower cabin and rain shower, as well as LED lighting effects.
Final cleaning of 115,- Euro is to be paid on arrival in BAR.
Eco-Tasa (tourist tax) also payable on arrival.
The billing of the air conditioning is done directly on site, depending on the consumption € 0.35 per KwH.
Wi-Fi / Internet is included.
Please bring ID / Passport copies for police registration ( Eco-Tasa ).

Summary: We were delighted with our stay - apartment so clean and well furnished - beautiful views over the sea and a couple of minutes to the beach. The owners were very helpful and gave us such clear instructions on how things worked. Definitely plan to go back!

Summary: Lovely comfortable, well equipped & extremely clean property with an amazing sea view. We had a fabulous stay there & we could hear the sea at night & in the morning, if the balcony & bedroom window was left open… wonderful!!! Could also take advantage of the sea breeze because the property had insect screens, so no problem to leave the windows open at night. Air conditioning too if needed. When the balcony door was closed it was super quiet at all times of the day & night. The apartment had everything we needed. The only thing missing was an extra two pillows for the bed & maybe the option of having a small microwave. The host Silvia was great! Shops for essentials very close by. Got fresh bread every morning. Not been to Cala Millor before but loved it. Hope to be able to come back one day & would not hesitate to book the apartment again🙏!

Summary: On our 3rd stay at this property, as ever we had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was as ever very clean and well furnished. Within easy reach of Cala bona and sacoma. Highly recommend

Summary: We booked for the whole month of March but due to the bad weather during this whole period we left 10 days early. That would not put us off booking again. This is a lovely apartment with beautiful sea views, modern well equipped with everything you need. Perfect location with a good supermarket Mercadona just an 8 minute walk. Being English it was useful to have an Amazon fire stick to watch TV as the apartment only has German tv channels

Summary: From the moment we walked into the apartment we knew we would be happy there.The apartment was modern and very clean.The photograph’s shown on the home and away site are very accurate.The location is perfect,taking advantage of being situated close to sa coma aswell as Cala Bona. There are plenty of Bars and restaurants with different varieties to choose from.Also the apartment benefits from large local supermarkets for when you want to cook in the apartment.The owners of the apartment were always helpful when we had questions before we arrived as this was our first rental.We have always used hotels before,but we will never go back to a hotel again.we hope to be back in this apartment next year all being well.Many thanks to Silva who was very helpful and pleasant 👍

Summary: Very comfortable stay with great location and amazing view. The beach is rocky right in front but nice and sandy just a couple hundred meters away. Very clean, although the towels are due for renewing. The only thing I would change are the 2 single beds or at least figure out a way that they stay in place.

Summary: The apt was light, clean and perfectly positioned in Calla Millor. The views were magnificent. You can walk the whole bay in under an hour.
