The accommodation is located a few hundred meters from the center and harbor of the picturesque village of Ooltgensplaat. Take beautiful walks or bike rides through the Hellegatsplaat nature reserve or visit the nearby (family) beach. There are beautiful walking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity, along the water (the Volkerak), towards the watchtower or at the Vogelboulevard. Ferry Waterpoort is around the corner and takes you (by bicycle) to various other beautiful places, including the Galathese harbor with pavilion and nature playground. Within 10/15 minutes you can drive to the Grevelingenmeer (diving, surfing). It is also a good base for further exploring Goeree-Overflakkee, the cozy Middelharnis, the large harbor and family beach in Herkingen or a 30-minute drive to the North Sea beach.
Start the day with a homemade breakfast in the garden and enjoy the unobstructed view of the surroundings. Ideal location for sun lovers (you can find the shade under the gazebo). Summary: Great experience. I wish everyone to have such an amazing host like there. Very helpful lady with huge culture, fast reaction and great comunication as well. An apartment was very nice and clean :)

Summary: Binnen is alles netjes en proper. Zitbank en de 2 zeteltjes zijn hoogst oncomfortabel. Buiten ziet het er niet uit, spinnerag en onkruid alom. Het mooie grasperkje op de foto's is een wildernis van anderhalve meter hoog en dus niet bruikbaar. De kussens voor het buitenmeubilair liggen in een tuinhuisje dat stinkt als de pest en ook de kussens zelf ruiken zo. Zeker geen aanrader en zijn geld totaal niet waard...

Summary: Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet und sauber. Da Hunde erlaubt sind, wäre ein Staubsauger gut 👍 leider war der Türschlosscode falsch, aber nach einem Anruf bei der Hotline war das Problem behoben. Eine Beschreibung im das Haus zu finden wäre gut, denn es wird in der buchungsbestätifung keine Hausnummer angegeben und leider ist das Haus etwas versteckt 🙈aber auch hier hat die Hotline schnell geholfen! Eine generelle Erklärung für die hausregeln wäre auch nicht schlecht. Die Organisation müsste verbessert werden. Einen Tag vor Abreise kam das reinigungsteam obwohl wir noch einen Tag gebucht hatten. Laut Internet war aber ab diesem Tag das Haus schon frei 🙈ansonsten waren wir zufrieden 😀

Summary: Mooie omgeving maar er waren wel wat gebreken in de caravan. Van de verlichting boven de tafel waren twee lampen stuk (dus maar halve verlichting) en de potten/pannen in de keuken waren niet in orde. Voor grote mensen zoals wij waren de voorziene meubelen te klein (zetel zat zeer laag tegen de grond en zat hard).

Summary: Hallo bin Michael Nelles habe vom 3. Bis 6. September 2021 gebucht der Ort und die Villa avondroop war einfach Klasse super tolle Lage für Hund und Mensch es war alles sehr sauber und die Eigentümer haben sich auch gemeldet und gefragt wie es wäre und ich konnte nur sagen top komme auf jeden Fall wieder zu diesem Haus zurück LG und Danke an die Eigentümer

Summary: Een mooi, maar heel rustig plekje. Binnen redelijk schoon, maar dat je door de kamer met stapelbed, naar de andere slaapkamer moet gaan, om in die slaapkamer te komen , vonden wij niet handig. En door alle twee die kamers om in de badkamer te komen, vind ik geen pluspunt, en had wel vermeld mogen worden in de omschrijving. Buiten was het vol met spinnen en spinnenwebben, en niet schoon en opgeruimd. Voor ons reden om niet meer hier terug te komen.

Summary: Mooie plek en heerlijk rustig. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar stuurde een mail om ons te verwelkomen en als er vragen waren contact konden opnemen.
